结果人家现在的规矩是有2 BBJ，大的BBJ超过100K后，小的backup BBJ开始积累，也就
是说每$1，放几毛到前者，几毛到后者，所以现在backup BBJ也到了360K....于是又出
现了一个backup backup的孙子辈BBJ......这个点子挺好的，避免了一旦大BBJ被打破
后，生意可能暂时受到影响的可能。

据说两个人都没有意识到是个BBJ。

has "tiered" (as i call it) BBJs, i.e., once the main BBJ is over $100K,
they start to put a portion into the 2nd BBJ, and so on... i like it because
at any time, there'll always be a decent pot, instead of one huge BBJ got
hit, and nobody wants to play for a long while after.

BBJ at charlestown WV got hit every month or multiple times in the same
month.
one time, it hit a b-day girl (total fish and new to poker) who went there
with a friend, $90K, and she honored her joke with her friend, 50%.
another time as i mentioned, one card got dropped under the table, 150K BBJ,
the casino initially refused to pay out, but after big argument and
potential legal hassles, they paid everyone next day.

1) yeah, being selfish, it's our money anyway;
2) it's a very bad example. if the card is dead officially, then there
should be no BBJ at all. once done, this could potentially lead to many
other issues in the future and more dramas.
for now, i think WV just wanted to avoid lawsuits etc. and made an easy
decision.

i've seen it 10+ times, the biggest one was 350K, royal vs. quad Qs.
the closest one was my in-law's, he stood up from his table, some new guy
sit down, 30 mins later, 120K BBJ hit, the new guy's quad 4s lost to Ts.
but, well, you know, so many things have to come together for sh*t like this
to happen, even how last hand was played, how the deck was shuffled, and
how the dealer cut the deck, how each donk folded/limped, ... in the end, it
's purely luck and timing. |

Js or better, due to the huge volume of hands played.
BBJ is exciting but a bad deal. in live, they collect $1 BBJ rake from every
hand, so you're paying 10 cents for this "insurance" which 99.999999% of
time you'll never need. imagine in the worst case, you lose a stack of a
couple hundreds, but over years, these little 10 cents add up quickly.
just for the sake of fun, the worst thing could happen is, say, you hold

不过说实话，BBJ这事要的就是分秒不差，太多细节可以改变了，就是你坐那桌，结果
dealer和你多说了一句话走神，收上把牌的手法差一点，或者两个人争执什么叫floor

bad beat i heard in which:
1) you hit big, quad 9s;
2) you're eligible for half of a big BBJ pot, $300K;

....

人运8张椅子的事，倒也不是没人干，有点不正常就是了。
对了，你肯定不知道12张椅子跟6张椅子在适航认证方面的不同，也不了解single
pilot IFR对飞行员的意义，也不知道不同的重量、进近速度对机场、空域要求的不同

且很轻便，特别适合有reflux的娃白天的nap。买了这个以后偶佳娃第一次不用抱着就
能nap了，总之五星级推荐啊。注意娃会翻身会坐了就不安全了，所以这个是给半岁以
内的新生儿的。

i'd more likely bet weakish on the flop:
1) bet some "affordable" pot with 2 cards coming and we're a sure winner;
2) see some flop action.
turn, depends on my position, i may do the "same weak bet" which is off by
the pot size. after all, there's still one card coming, that means "hope" to
others.
river, anything could happen, 6 is just one of them, in most cases, he
wouldn't get here anyway. double flop/turn checks are kind of wishful
