我现在看中一个在clarendon st 上的一套房，但是这个房子就在街边的转角处，而且

Yosemite - Monterey - Half Moon Bay - SF，自驾游。
他们一行15个人，只有一个女孩子。鉴于这些人英语沟通能力都有限，在这里的朋友也
没时间陪他们，所以在这里帮他们征一个女性旅友。一切食宿他们负责，保证住宿有一
定档次的酒店，全部结束后，再给 300$。

刚刚从纽约搬到bay area. 还在适应当中。对san Francisco 了解还不多，心里还在
debate自己是不是作了一个对的选择，想听听大家的看法
搬离纽约的一个主要原因是觉得居住空间受限，觉得纽约周边的single family houses
都太旧了，1920 年左右建的房子一大把，要是能找到一个1975年建的就要烧高香了。
关键是老房子的格局我不喜欢，洗手间和卧室都不大。看着各个屋子和厅的位置朝向，
总是觉得不够满意。而且commute到纽约的费用也蛮高的，相同的距离比在bay area坐
caltrain到san Francisco + light rail (muni)的monthly pass要贵至少$100。纽约

接下来的一天，不，其实是只有半天了（我们下午的飞机返回美国大陆），我们还是想
去snorkeling. 之前因为有孩子的关系，我们不得不轮流去，一个人去的时候另一个得
在岸边看着孩子。 快走了，我们想一起去一次，于是做了一个有点危险的决定，把孩
子们留在旅馆里，让7岁的老大看着3岁的小的，我们自己去附近
snorkeling 一个小时。因为决定匆忙，加上把孩子留下总是担心又想快回来，加上前
几天的snorkeling特别顺利，连我这个不会游泳的都没问题，也有点掉以轻心了，结果
是我们犯了一系列错误，然后遇到了这次来夏威夷唯一的一次”险情“。
首先是选地方，因为时间有限，我们又不想去以前去过的地方，就选了近处的Napili
bay. 匆忙之间没有做太多research, 听起来至少是一个bay, 也是著名的snork |

you are potty trained
2. kids bay schedule runs much better from 7:00 to 6:00pm whereas lifetime
ends at 3pm
3. play area in lifetime is much smaller
Every family has its own needs so there is no where perfect for everyone.
Kids bay runs different fee schedule for different age groups. My son is
between 2 and 3 so they charge 1390 sth per month without lunch. With
company discount, it runs $1255. The older, the cheaper. |

在Green bay租个condo，2b的，一个人住，但是对那边很不熟悉，有熟悉的人可以建议
一下嘛？
看了一下Green bay 2b的condo或者townhouse也不贵，如果想买一个的话，哪个区比较
好呢？主要是安全和环境第一吧，不用考虑学区房。

发帖数: 72 | 40 前阵子，去去the bay downtown店买了一个sealy的床垫，考虑到自己的生活习惯，可能会把床垫弄脏（喜欢在床上吃零食，喝饮料），在salesman的推荐下买了10年的extended warranty，这个warranty包括十年内三次免费更换mattress pad和无限次清洗，如果无法清洗，the bay提供免费的调换服务。就是这个所谓的warranty，让我感受到了这个大公司customer service的服务之烂。
过了一周多，货就送过来了，签收完发现居然没有mattress pad。直接给customer service打了第三个电话。接电话的人在了解了我的详细资料后，告知需要打另一个电话才会提供pad。于是只好再次拨打新的电话。接通后就觉得有点不对，电话那头的语音电话并非the bay的，而且当时已经过了他们的工作时间。想想没有pad就无法保证不弄脏床垫，而且当时salesman说的很清楚，如果有问题可以让customer service解决。所以就第四次拨打了customer service的电话。经过了20分钟的等待，终于联系上了一个男性CS，再一次提供了 |

小结：
1. Chesapeake Bay离俺家1-2个小时，一个小时到annapolis，两个小时到Cambridge，
继续往东就到Ocean City或者Delaware海滩。到bay里可以钓小鱼，可以拉striper，还
可以捉螃蟹。
2. 这套轮杆太爽了，近海钓小鱼不用说，也可以钓seabass，fluke。。挂8oz的sinker
，拉50磅的鱼都可以。：）期待发挥更大作用。 |

刚买了条船，昨天又添了个fishfinder.
现在要买钓具了。从昨天晚上到今天中午一直在翻精华区，越看问题越多。不过
figure out 一件事。用什么竿和饵要根据钓什么鱼。
家住马州，基本就是chesapeake bay 和流进bay 的河。
各位高手指点下，bay里有什么鱼，新新手能钓下(船钓)。如果能再指点下买什么竿和
饵，将不胜感激。

As i said before, according to many tournaments i had played
in the east coast, the toughest to move up in bay area is 1800-2000,
those over 2200 are about the same levels between eastern players
and western players, maybe due to not many players over 2200?
1600-1800, or 2000-2200, bay area players are about 0-60 points
stronger, whereas 1800-2000 could be 20-80 points stronger!
This is just my own experience and observation.
