。其实你不用用delay来pop的，既加重了服务器负担，又要CPU跟进每个点，每个点都
要计时。这又是何苦。
你只需要按batch pop就行，每次新batch来了，把老的set一次移除。
：你的想法跟我当时给的差不多，我也是每30秒取回的数据放进queue

首先这个大使馆的位置是在一个偏僻的区域深处，当时我弯弯曲曲找了半天。事先要在
Google maps 找好路线比较好。
大使馆不远处有一个黎巴嫩街，有点像维族区，到处都是阿拉伯文。但是东西很好吃，
也很有特色。
进入正题。
大使馆很气派。面签当天，你会看到有两个排队的队列，肯定是一长一短。
先去短的那个，排到你他们跟你核对个人信息，确保你当天有预约，然后就在你打印的
面签预约confirmation上划一划，你就去长的队伍排队。
伦敦的美国大使馆是可以带手机书包之类的进去的，里面还有小吃店，可以刷卡。但是
唯一不能带的是laptop。所以，为了避免麻烦，千万别带。带了的话，旁边有个小药店
可以存，几镑而已。
排到你以后核对信息就放你进去了，进去以后跟着大家进大厅，取号，然后在大厅里等
第一次叫号。
里面有座位，所以不用担心累。可以带点水，不过里面有的买，也有water fountain.
第一被叫，去一个窗口把材料给他们。再等

clear完了后发fp notice，fp收到后，就assign to IO，同时做background check。如
果材料在local shelf，就等fp结果，再进入adjudication。这个过程大概要等上30-40
天。
如果在storage，一般是pre-adjudicated，就order file to IO，这个过程大概1到2周。
进入adjudication之前，file装在盒子里，一个batch 200个送到IO office，就是60天
的workload。这个IO如果不take long vacation，60天内一般都能审完。IO随机拿盒子
，如果你在一个batch最前面，就早批，如果不是就等最后一个批，这就是为什么模板
上说等待60天的原因。
这样算下来，不算节假日影响, 3-4个月的处理时间。如果RFE，就重新进入盒子排序等
待。again，运气好IO touched早，就早批，touched晚，就晚批，也是60天的等待期限。 |

目前做了四种：
一种是茉莉花茶口味的，颜色红色。因为是第一次做的，精油加太多了，表面有一点油
油的。而且想象中茶叶末会均匀分布在肥皂中，但忽视了重力了作用，事实上都沉在模
具的底部，所以肥皂的表面上会有黑色的茶叶末的痕迹。略影响美观。
第二是黄色的橘子口味，和第一种一起做的，所以表面也是茶叶末。
第三种是dead sea mud皂，颜色是灰色。
第四种不是肥皂，是hand lotion，颜色是鲜黄色，成分是蜂蜡，shea butter，olive
oil和coconut oil。闻起来很好吃。我的狗吃掉过半个了。用法就是把它在手上揉一揉
蹭一蹭，稍微融化一点擦在手上。非常滋润（读作“you ni”)，可以洗几次手都还在
。适合手部特别干燥的人。
东西都是白送，不过不能送上门啊……我住在芝加哥市区，来我公寓附近拿吧。
肥皂的样子都不一样的，每次做的时候，都是把材料倒到很多模子里面，所以每个
batch的肥皂都是每一个样子一个。 |

就指点一下，大家一块明白明白。。。
首先ach 是一种电子付款方式。 通过三方的合作共同完成。Ach 是一种batch work.
Originator (交易的发起者)，corresponding bank/ODFI(这个是传达交易信息的机构)
， ACH operator (作为第三方，执行交易的)--- consolidate the balance between
different financial institutions, 还有就是收款人。

首先介绍一下我自己，传说中的废物金融硕士MSF毕业，找工作半年未果投奔ICC，现在
在ICC工作。
谁应该读这篇文章：
1. 工科/理科背景，想留在美国。
2. 非牛，尝试过找工作，确定自己在身份失效前难找到工作。
3. 对ICC的基本概念，行业现状有所基本了解
4. 交流能力强（不全指口语好词汇量大，更多的是一种交流思维）

事件对世界未来的十年产生了深远的影响，而Lions的球迷们万万没有想到的是，新的
经理Matt Millen对球队下面十年的（负面）影响毫不逊色。
这一年，不知道球队的老板老福特（William Clay Ford Sr.）被哪个神仙托梦，婶婶
地迷上了只会在电视上夸夸其谈，没有任何教练和管理经验的Millen。
志得意满的Millen上任伊始就对球队进行了大刀阔斧的改革，从教练班子到球员名单几
乎都是推倒重来。新任主教练是从旧金山49人挖来的OC，只有过助理指教经验的Marty
Mornhinweg。
不知道天高地厚的新经理和同样不知道天高地厚的新主教练到了一起，结果可想而知。
Lions以连负12场开局，只在最后小胜两场，侥幸避免了作为联盟史上第一只全负的球
队（没想到七年以后最终还是没有逃脱这个命运，一声叹息...）。先发四分卫Charlie
Batch在9战尽墨以后让位于替补老将Ty Detmer和当年草稿的新秀Mike McMahon。也许
