volley)。
我的 recover 有三个，baseline 后，baseline 进一步，和service line 前一点。
这个东西不用谁说服谁，今天觉得有道理，到明天说不定没有道理了。我只是讲一些我
在教练课程中学到的东西。
占据主动，就是进baseline ，rally 就是baseline 附近，处于被动就是退出，远离
baseline。你进baseline了，理想的状态是对手退离 baseline 更远了。
在我自己的体会中，recover 进serve line 的很少，毕竟要跑这么多路，而且被穿越
，或被 lob的机会太多了，recover进serve line 才是赌博。
“如果你站在 no-man's land里面, 对方打出一个深球到你脚下, 你就真正的被动了”
那是技术档次的差别。
网球分技术和战术，如果对方技术高你两个层次，别打了，赶紧投降。如果差一个档次
，或接近，那会战术应用的绝对切不懂战术的。 |

不过光看你的曲线
第二个图里明显是baseline substraction那步有问题
没用过你的机子不熟悉
至少在bio-rad家的机子里是可以选择是哪几个cycles的平均值做baseline的
默认好像是2-8
可以改成2-7，2-6，2-5，再少好像就不行了，
但可以直接输入一个值作为baseline的矫正
不同机子处理大同小异
一般情况下这样取baseline没什么问题
因为很少那么早循环就起来的
但是你的standard template信号比较强（拷贝数比较多）
挺早曲线就抬起来了
再用default的方法做baseline什么的就会产生你图上的结果
就好象是倒下来的S一样的
其实就是因为前几轮里面信号已经不能被当成baseline值处理
更不能拿来做矫正
建议就是一个可以看看能不能调看哪几个cycle作为baseline调整的依据的
或者可不可以手动给一个值
如果说下次还要做这样的实验，建议稀释standard template，
根据你上面的结果，把它稀释到跟sample比较接近的区间
这样就算用default处理也不会有问题了 |

weak area for tennis.) Here's a few things we do:
1. Volley technique. Machine near service line, soft pace, fast feed rate,
slight backspin, set to sweep. Focus on footwork, placement, technique.
2. Volley attack. Machine set at baseline, fast pace, fast feed, flat ball,
sweep off, volley three consecutive balls approaching from no-man's land to
closing on top of net. Alternate forehand/backhand for footwork.

了一下SDGE有0.2%的residential客户是TOU的，看来O和小黑真是走运啊。
不过我看了你那个链接里面TOU的收费，觉得晚上用电省不了多少啊：
首先，哪怕不用电，也要交$0.17/day，这就很坑人。其次，只有用电很多的人才能看
到晚上电费的区别：
On-Peak: 131% to 200% of Baseline 0.08274
On-Peak: Above 200% Baseline 0.19865
Off-Peak: 131% to 200% of Baseline 0.17328 （看见没，这个晚上用其实更贵）
Off-Peak: Above 200% Baseline 0.19556 （200%才开始有一点折扣）
我们家这几个月都用不到100%baseline。所以说，大多数人晚上用电不省电费。楼主的

treatment*bslgrp interaction，这时baseline本身还应该放到里吗?
同事的观点是要放，比如你的样本有limited baseline low or basleine high ，你不
照样得放baseline到Model里。
但我觉得有点不妥，因为现在不是针对一个的样本 Low group 或High group，是大家
在一个Model里，bslgrp是Basleine的信息重复。

一。战术
参加夏季ladder之前，偶已经打过秋冬两个非正式赛季，对各种选手的风格
已有一定熟悉，但是对于水平相近的各路选手打的比赛并不多。下面就对夏
季各种类型选手的比赛战术做一下总结。
偶自己属于0.8维选手。纯底线，不但不上网，被迫上去后可能还会冒风险
选择退回底线。底线几个方向中，正手down the line, cross court,
inside out都还行，反手cross court还行，但是down the line基本只会
slice，所以还不到1维。和其他同水平选手相比，偶准确性比较高，稳定性
中等偏高，步伐中等偏高，暴力程度中等偏低，体力中等偏低，多样性比较
低。

对手类型3(a)：Consistent Baseliner
第二名最流行的选手就是consistent baseliner了，偶自己也在内。和同类
选手的比赛，往往很惨烈，比赛时间很容易很长。
偶自己在consistent baseliner中都算是比较极端的底线型，所以面对稳定
男，大多数情况对方偶尔会主动上上网，而偶则是永久性呆在底线。稳定男
的volley能力不一定就差，这个要看对方的类型。但是平均来说，稳定男的
身高不如all court player, 肌肉不如暴力男，所以他们的战略更加折中。
对付他们的网前，偶通常有更多机会lob，但是不少情况他们还是可以追上。
和稳定男的比赛，底线对拉是必不可少的成分，占据比赛的大部分时间。
和大多数稳定男相比，偶的力量不吃亏，而且方向控制中等偏上，所以偶的

我的水平和级别，已经有官方的定义了，无论各位说什么，都不能改变什么。就像班上
打联赛的，那些3.0，4.0，5.0都是官方定义的了，bee童鞋说的在理，“有不服的，那
你去问usta吧，是usta系统里评的”。
最早，我的奔的目的，就是为去米国交流用的。同理，如果有人有了奔（无论好坏），
那来多伦多做客，那必须要打一场。然后班上大家评论互掐互扁，活跃的版面，这都是
好事。
这次冒泡出来的奔，主要是有些观点，实在看不下去了，我的奔，可以算反方，来凑热
闹的。
另外简单介绍一些加拿大网球教练的一些考试内容。
考试一：
25-30分钟内，和一个3.5选手（从其他俱乐部找来的志愿者）打一会，打他反手，让他
回球难受。然后指出他的问题，和改进方式，训练喂球10分钟，然后重新打，看他是否
有改进。教官根据各个项目打分。
难点：教练的球，要到反手，要让 3.5 难受。球太偏，失败，球太慢，失败。如果是4
.0（教练） vs 3.5，应该很难通过考试的吧。
考试一有大约10个选项（自己抓小纸片），这个考试一，我考了两次，第一次是打3.5

用2倍baseline以上才开始收.tier2/3其实很便宜.
以北加州的用电水平,不用电车,夏天小房子200度,大房子300度肯定够了(我租房的时候
最低可以只用150,4口人),冬天370度一般也够了.volt每天充满,一个月也就400度,冬天
有可能控制在2Xbaseline,夏天超过一点有限.

或是别的学生结局怎么样，自己的心理要有个 baseline。
我觉得比较 reasonable 的 baseline 有两个：
[1] 做的东西必须 functional，哪怕过程中吹的天花乱坠，最后一定要见到能work的
真货。
[2] 精神状态必须能保持正常。如果熬毕业了，人却发疯了，那没有意义。
只要不垮越基本的 baseline，很多事情都可以商量，不求 perfect，但求 reasonable。 |
