Peter M. founded a secret group called AFB (Anti Refugee Movement) about a
year ago on Facebook. As a secret group, people who are not members of it

也接触到一些。因为现在在工作过程和考试过程中接触到很多保险方面的法律问题以及
相关案例，对如何钻法律漏洞或者作为受保人如何通过法律途径去和保险公司争取更大
利益有比较多的了解，所以我在想我的second career应否做相关的法律业务。因为我
的朋友里去法学院的都是毕业要去华尔街做证券律师和做corporate lawyer的，都不怎
么了解保险法律相关的业务，所以就来版上请教一些见识比较广的朋友们。首先说明的
是我不是厌倦了精算才想转的，我很喜欢精算，只是想在原来专业水平上看看能不能有
更深度的发展，所以我的目标很明确，并不想去做IPO,M&A那些，就是想做保险和养老
金方面的诉讼，终极目标是自己创业开相关业务的咨询公司。
我想请教业内人士的是
1. 因为精算的职业习惯，我的思维定势是凡事喜欢算概率和寻找正确答案，用朋友的
话来说就是这个人比较calculated，这种思维在法学院这种满是"it depends"的环境下
是不是不能生存或者导致人格分裂（有点言重了）？

发帖数: 3610 | 34 果果你有点over-generalise这个事情。大多纠纷都是双方各有些占理和不占理的地方
，并且真相扑朔迷离。我听很多barrister说过亲身经历，客户看上去多么多么地贼眉
鼠眼，所讲的故事多么地像是编瞎话，连辩护律师自己都不信，但是最后it turns out
他们并没说谎
所以作为律师要控制自己的pre-judgment，为什么我们需要12个人的陪审团来判定事实
问题呢？为什么高院要7个大法官呢？因为官司是需要严肃对待的，由偏见导致的误判
才是不公正的 |
