在Open Water C.E.S.A.的时候,怎么样把握呼气的速度?如果呼出太慢,会不会引起
Pulmonary Barotrauma?
这个技术,既不能上升太快,又要一口气能成功游到水面,好像有点挑战性哦。
游泳池水平的模拟CESA已经过了,不过当时好像尽力游得快一些。对于OPEN WATER
CESA test,有些紧张。
大家有何经验?

drink a little bit of water or
swallow something and you will be fine.
No need to see the doctor at all.
