Please don’t believe the press releases sent out by Starbucks on how they’
re handling the coronavirus pandemic. There are several horror stories being
shared by Chicagoland area baristas. I’ll share some of these concerns in
this thread:

才开张的纯意大利式咖啡馆，短短四年内声名远播，已开了 4 间分店，明年 1 月将在

资，话说回来，咖啡馆多是这个调调，不过你碰到了素质低的雇员，啥都没用了，我常
去STARBUCKS跟其他几个INDEPENDENT的咖啡店，尽管BARISTA都是细声细语的，但是服
务其实都很一般，因为店里人多还有DRIVE THROUGH，他们很难做到快捷，大家都要等
，常客心中都有数，反而是不常去的感觉有被冷待的意思，等半天了，咖啡还等不到。
不过总体而言，STARBUCKS还不错，一般如果等太久的或者ORDER搞错的，BARISTA会给
你个一个FREE COFFEE/FOOD的VOUCHER,我刚搬来的时候，就在几个咖啡店受到过好几张
这样的，因为等的时间太长了，不过时间一长是熟客了大家都直接叫名字了，这样
VOUCHER就没有了，等二十分钟等不到人家也不觉得要给我一张，呵呵 |

最大级店铺“原宿表参道店”。该店是麦当劳首个同时提供正宗咖啡店餐点的旗舰店。
受食品质量问题导致的顾客减少影响，再加上租金昂贵，该店在开业约3年零9个月后不
得不关张。位于东京中心地区的其他门店也纷纷遭遇裁减，麦当劳还未找到恢复客源的
有效方法。
据共同社报道，该店位于JR原宿站附近的表参道路旁，于2012年4月29日开业，地处时
尚品牌林立的繁华商业街区，总面积达743平方米，内设308个座位，曾是日本国内最大
规模的门店之一。
该店还同时设有麦当劳首家咖啡店“McCafe by Barista”，提供由专业咖啡师调制的
咖啡和蛋糕等餐点，意在与咖啡连锁店巨头抗衡，赢得更多顾客。但是据有关人士介绍
