大部分时候是没有pin，无法网上用。（不过前几天人品好，refund了一张有pin的
store
credit。） gift card丢了，要想店里面用，也可以用下面的方法自己做
大家都清楚，拿到卡后的第一件事情是复印一张存档。如果丢了可以用那个复印件来自
己做卡。
1. 去 Home Depot网站买一张 $25 的e-gift card，发到自己的email。
2. 去 http://www.morovia.com/free-online-barcode-generator/ 自己生成的barcod
e，高度为400 mils， X-dimension 为1pixel，format为 code 128. 生成。把图片的边
框都去掉。

简单讲，如果J1 primary的豁免是在离婚前办的，则自动cover作为dependent的J2。如
此，只要拿到一份J1的豁免文件就可以了。但如果离婚之时J1 primary没有办豁免，则
J2需要在离婚后单独提出豁免。不过好像离婚双方能再见还是朋友的不多，在不确定是离
婚前还是离婚后办的情况下，为免狗血，建议还是直接当需要自己单独提出豁免处理，我
从提出申请到最后拿到豁免也就一个多月(DOS通过IGA申请recommend case到USCIS大
概一个月，后来USCIS处理case2周不到)。完全DIY的话，也就215刀申请费。
网上这方面的信息不多，更没有详细的DIY流程，只是简单知道只可以用IGA这种方法申
请，后来联系过一些华人律所，发现真正经办过这类case的律师几乎没有，很多都是一

结果今天去用的时候发现有两张没激活。仔细一看原来当初激活的barcode被人贴了另
外一个bar code
肯定当时激活了骗子手里的gc，自己的没激活，关键现在当时的receipt估计也找不到
了。
两张gc倒是都在，不知道是不是可能找grocery点argue，拿到一些赔偿呢？
这里也提醒大家，买gc的时候要检查一下gc的barcode是否有异样。可能动过手脚的千
万不要买了。。。
Update:
联系的grocery的客服，提供了条码信息，开了case，然后他们根据cc号码找到了记录
（我没有receipt）
然后grcoery店联系了target，target收到信息后给我重新寄了200的GC
前后速度还是很快的。很赞 |
