发帖数: 8461 | 8 配件上一般rebuild trans需要一个rebuild kit，这个kit分几种，最弱的是gasket
kit，只有所有的gasket和o-ring，然后有banner kit，是gasket kit+离合器片，还有
master kit，基本包括所有需要换的东西了，除非你有齿轮或者轴承损坏。我记得当初
我做的时候买的是banner kit，大概$170多再加shipping，然后我去dealer买了几个离
合器盘还有3个轴末端的大螺丝，外加1箱（12瓶）变速箱油。我记得当时我看过master
kit是$330多还是$360多的样子。比较郁闷的是如果torque converter 需要换就sb了
，这个是个大玩艺大概一个rebuilt好的500-700块吧。
另：Honda网站上有order parts的连接，里面有parts diagram，不过你如果不熟悉变
速箱配件的话可能不太容易读懂。。。。 |

有人说装了他那个savings key，直接在浏览器里面bing--》store就可以了。
问两个问题：
1.那个savings key tool bar使用的时候是不是需要先log-in，否则他怎么知道cashba
ck和那个帐户连？
2.实验了一下用那个tool bar和shoebuy的bing link，不是很确定能不能work。shoebu
y和ebay的bing很像，从bing进去之后是有个banner提示有bcb，但是如果我在同一个窗
口点击savings key tool bar的activate cash back tracking, 窗口自动刷新显示sho
pper的cb rate，然后bing的那个banner就不见了。请问这种情况是不是说明，ebay/sh
oebuy的bcb不能和shopper叠加了？

己厂的情况， 供大家参考。
公司就是出photoshop的厂。现在有两个主要business，digital media和digital
marketing。全年收入4B多，digital media大概贡献一半，digital marketing贡献1/3
。 作为传统软件公司中往cloud上转型比较激进且成功的，公司的股票不到两年涨了一
倍。 media就是ps，lightroom， flash等等creative 相关的软件，现在都转移成saas
model了。主要运算还是靠本机软件，但是慢慢在往cloud上转，而且迭代速度已经快
了很多。 marketing就是一个广告的solution，前几年公司投了2B，收购了Omniture
等好几个公司组成了这个business unit， 专做enterprise marketing cloud. Online

，这个都是有REGULATION的，非常严格。就象AIG出事的时候，他们的保险业务还是很
好的，出毛病的是投资部门， 所谓REINSURANCE是保险公司为了分散自己的风险他们自
己买给自己的保险，跟你不太有关系。这个公司规模不大，但已经存在了上百年了，产
品单一，只有TERM和WHOLE LIFE，几乎不做那种和股票市场有关的产品，象UNIVERSAL
LIFE，VARIABLE LIFE, 所以还比较稳妥。并且他们的RATE算是业内的领头了，主打业
务就是TERM。还有BANNER这个保险，你也可以看看，他们是竞争者，有的时候BANNER的
RATE会更好一些。
你买TERM，就是保一定的时间，你是对的 如果你交了一段时间，然后不交了，那就是
白交了，也不能说白交了，你交的这段时间是被保的，你买的就是这段保期。当然年轻
和年老的MORTALITY是不一样的，从这个意义上这是比较不划算的。
我是很赞同买保险的，一看那种孩子没了，老人来美国还得需要捐款，或是家里的

－嘟嘟从13个月到24个月的相片卡和她的birthday banner都是一起做的。
用的是一样的设计。我自己用photoshop做的。你要是想用的话可以去我
的博客，Free Design Templates里面可以免费下载这个设计。下载下来
放上自己宝宝的相片或字母就可以打印出来了。
－Photo holder是我做我婚礼时在ikea买的，不过这里一般类似micheals
的art and craft点都会有买的。party city可能在婚礼那里也有。
－cupcake towel的装饰其实很简单，就是用一些丝带做成的蝴蝶结用大头针
固定在上面。博客上有写。
－party的帽子一边party店都有，walmart target也有。
－ Birthday banner你要是下载下来的尺寸是24x36。我没有在家里打印，
直接寄到costco去打印的，很方便也不贵。主要是质量会比较好。 |

Dr. Ray Chen is an Professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer
Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, and holds the Cullen Trust
for Higher Education Endowed Professorship in Engineering.
Chen is the director of the Nanophotonics and Optical Interconnects Research

Chancellor Block will be travelling to China in mid-June to meet with
university colleagues in China and
to offer assistance and support following the devastating and tragic
earthquake in Sichuan on May 12.
As an expression of the collective sympathy and support of the UCLA

10月2日 Backpacking， 从River Trail （Agnew Meadows Trailhead）出发，cut 到
John Muir Trail，经Garnet Lake，Ruby Lake，Emerald Lake，夜宿 Thousand
Island Lake。
10月3日 沿Pacific Crest Trail 返回Agnew Meadows，宿Mammoth Lakes。
10月4日 Road trip. 沿395北上到 June Lake Loop，然后南返沿Hwy 168 到South
Lake， North Lake 观Fall foliage，回LA。

今年的第四趟Eastern Sierra之旅，由于雨季和秋季的到来颇有了些惊喜和惊悲。出发
时天气尚好，加上前夜的银汉灿烂，让我乐观地估计这30％的降水率会偏向那70％。
River Trail 号称是沿河而上，实际上却离河有些距离，前段风景单调，走得颇为沉闷
。老天似乎想给我们加点乐趣，过了几mile就下起雨来，加件外套的工夫，雨已经成为
