得到第二份信，要求签名证明信的banker打电话验证，去了银行那个banker不在，和另
一个banker说了，他很nice地另写了封并盖了一个stamp加另一人的签名，他说这个是
带公证的，不会再有问题了，寄去了。
结果今天得到第三份信，还是要求banker打电话。第三次去了银行，第一个banker在，
他说weird，但还是很帮忙地打了电话，结果AMEX非要第二个banker打电话确认！！昏
过去。。。那个banker今天正好休息。
AMEX服务之差劲，逻辑之混乱让我无语，决定不放弃，一定要找渠道申述，不知道大家
有他们上层的联系方式吗？先谢谢了！
下面是几点我无语的地方：
1. 2月份我申的第一张AMEX卡，也要求提供证明信，我去开了，顺利通过。既然第一次
申卡已经证明过了，为什么还要我开第二次？电话和他们理论，说是按程序，说三个月
内可能会有变化。莫名其妙，我说这个第一张卡我一直在用，证明地址是对的，而且银
行账户怎么可能短时间内随便关，他说要按程序。

就香港office的要求来说，一定要有international background。 就算是北大清华的
经管生，如果没有关系，咳咳，就一定要有海外名校B-School的交换经历；更多的人，
则是藤校或者某知名B-school的本科生；这些小孩是基本都是中英文的native speaker
，语言优势明显的一塌糊涂。
在香港这个拜金的城市，banker是一个带有光环的职业。成为一个banker，就好象天生
有了一种优越感，superior to 芸芸众生，跃上枝头成凤凰。
夜晚的兰桂坊，顶级的club Solas，Prive，里面都是一群群从加班闲暇逃出来hang
out的banker -----在IBD，你不仅要work hard，更要懂得play hard。 兰桂坊美女如
云，其中绝对不乏想要吊投行MD，飞上枝头成凤凰的mm。当然，每年都有几个成功的。
比如有个流传的传说就是某内地知名高校的本科女生专程来兰桂坊social，得到了某

8.5bs 10.5bb 12bb 枪兵 scv不停。余钱补ba，gas。
要点1，前期枪兵很脆弱，如果3v3以上，一定要banker。
如果2v2看形势再说。建筑学，操作很好的人，可以不banker。
但是不推荐。稳一点没坏处。
要点2，枪兵，scv不停。
变化1：对手rush你盟友，你在拥有5mm的时候，带4scv去神族或者
对手人族家里造banker，后续兵力r过去。有钱的话scv同时造2个
banker，对手会千方百计打你造banker的scv的，那个死了，就取
消那个banker，有一个造好了足够。
自家有banker防守，反应快一点，没问题。
变化2：对方在中央游走压制，你和自己盟友无法合并。等3mm，1火并。
大约8～12枪兵出门，很容易汇合盟友兵力直接灭一家。
变化3：盟友zergling或者zealot和你合并一处，集体移动，很无敌，
注意操作。基本上人挡杀人，佛挡杀佛。这里有个小细节。zergling和
zealot可以不打人，晃来晃去，保护枪兵就可以了。这样战损几乎为0。
变化4：如果对方不是大量bc，lunker防守的情况下，转4bb出m |

楼主一定要多去几次local bank，跟同一个banker混熟，或者带上所有的资料去找一个banker好好谈谈，一次不行多去两次。让banker相信你是好的客户，他们也知道这种事情是存在的。
我当时第一个月自己申请citi的卡被拒（当时还不知道citi的最难申请，初生牛犊就上了），结果碰到banker跟他说了一下，他乐意推荐，一下子通过了。
你可以找一个banker开一个checking，这样这个banker就是一直负责你的业务。这样就
建立了关系了。你在他那开户他是有业绩的。美国一样讲关系的。
任何人只要附近有bank，这样做保证你3个月之内拿到信用卡。这就是在美国拿第一张
卡的秘诀。 |

下贷款，然后申请么。不过显然这个世界上还是笨蛋比较多。先说一下我的特殊情况，
我是09年7月付定金买的期房，当时我符合政府2w1的奖励（这是我买房的主要原因）。
大家买过房子的都知道，FHOG是银行帮你办的，但是因为我的房子要盖17个月，而FHOG
要在买房1年内申请，所以我自己申请了FHOG，revenue office批准了，然后等我贷款
，settlement的时候（只要是不晚于2011年3月底），银行拿着我批准的条子就可以去
revenue office领钱了）
我的brokor是我从网上胡找的，那种中国小留。现在很多小留作brokor，大家要小心。
第一次电话似乎说的挺好，他帮我申请NAB的贷款。我当时告诉他我的情况是已经交了
大概7%的定金，然后有政府的2w1的奖励，这些就是房价的11%了。如果能贷款90%最好
，如果不行，我还有存款。多么简单easy的case呀！不过人家可理解不了。理解不了还
不跟你说。等我一周之后打电话问，他说90%属于高风险贷款，你就别想了，85%你都不

其实我开始写转行经历时，并没有考虑横向比较，比如和MD、釉工、开餐馆等比较。我
真正的参照系是诸火坑专业。
什么是火坑专业呢？比如需要苦哈哈地做科研5-6年甚至更久，拿到PhD（有些甚至拿不
到），然后再做几年破死到，之后可能还拿不到tenure或是找个工作也就5、6万这种。
我以为码工跟他们比是完胜的、是“神”的。
我说码工“神”，其实是夸张的说法，是鼓励后面改行人的说法。我当年的经历觉得CS
改行最难在于第一步：下定决心转过来。我以为能转到CS，改行已经成功了50%以上了
，对于很多火坑专业来说。
我不认为码工比釉工强，这世界上强于码工的职业至少还有好几百种。Trader、Banker
、Quant这种银行系统的高富帅不用说，扯扯淡，一年几十万；广东福建人开的小破餐
馆，不交税全cash领福利救济然后一年几十万；卖Ebay倒腾货的大牛们Diablo 3几天内

发帖数: 561 | 45 月初的时候在Local Branch申了Club Carlson,当场通过,结果后来发现通过的是普通版
的,不是Signature.
额度给了4500,问客服为什么没有给我Signature,告知没有5K额度不能给.于是转战
Underwriting要求拿到5K，对方说可以给我另外500额度让我到5K，但是就不给你
Signature。。。。。。。
等了10几天，不见卡到，打电话去问，结果US bank的人没有把我的apt写在地址里面。
卡被退回去了。
现在又过了将近一个星期，想问问卡到哪里了，于是直接去local
branch问，等了20分钟，总算有人来接待我，其间柜台里面的teller在没有客户的情况
下，根本不去问候在边上等banker的客人。
总算等到banker后，结果系统查不到信用卡的信息，必须打电话到 banker
support line。
高潮来了。在优美的等候音乐下，我和banker等了30分钟都没有人接
电话，这可是banker support line！！！！ |

发帖数: 161 | 46 二月中旬第一次来美国，三月初拿到的SSN,然后申请了七张卡，一张悲剧，两张review
通过，四张immediately approve. 具体如下。不知道接下来该申请什么卡？请大神指点
1. CapitalOne Platinum MasterCard； 这个最简单,拿到SSN当天找 Banker申请，
immediately approve.不过额度很坑爹，只有500，而且有年费$19，没有返现，没有开
卡奖励，有Hard Pull。虽然是最好申请的卡，但却也是完全没有用的卡，最想关掉的
卡。如果知道后面5张那么好申请的话，我就不会申请这张卡了，节约一个HP，我可以
申请别的好卡多好。 每月刷一次攒信用，一年后想办法处理掉。
2. BOA Cash Reward VISA； 这个也比较简单，找Banker,填表交材料，一周后收到卡
。5000额度，无年费，开卡奖励100。现在偶尔用来加油3%，其他没啥用。creditkarma
上没看到有HP，推荐新人办理，可以长期保留或转BBR。
3. AMEX COSTCO； 办理COSTCO会员的时候顺便办的，结果因为我没有信用记录据了我

发帖数: 996 | 47 正常，我上上周去办CPC，顺便问了下有没有preapprove，我的banker把电脑扭过来让
我看有CSR和CSP的pre，我反复确认过了是pre，生了还是挂了。我7年信用记录，fico
分一直800上下，收入什么的都没有任何问题，大概五六个hp左右
当时生了以后我马上让banker打的电话，跟系统里的人说我是preapprove，其实真正的
preapprove申完以后是有个什么code出来的，我坐在旁边听到她们这么说，系统里的人
让我的banker把生成的code报给他们，我的banker的那台老电脑一直刷新中，然后电话
里的人说他们也没办法了。然后挂完以后我又恳求我的又打了个电话过去，反复强调我
是preappro+cpc，电话里又审核了一会，最后还是不行
我的banker人还蛮好的，我跟chase关系也还可以，也就不强求了。分享下我的个人DP

BANKER在开户的时候只能输入一个COUPON CODE，但同一个SESSION里能给你开CHECKING
+SAVINGS。假设你当时用的COUPON是独立的CHECKING COUPON和SAVINGS COUPON，那
BANKER开户的时候确实只能打进一个CODE。
但其实BANKER开户之后有另一个系统能录入另一个CODE给刚才已经开好的SAVINGS。显
然给你开户的BANKER没有做到这一点。
但跟BRANCH去掰是没用的了。CHASE现在不允许BRANCH再用GL来补偿客户开户BONUS方面
的缺失，所以你跟BRANCH怎么吵也没用。
CUSTOMER SERVICE的话，除非你一直往上ESCALATE，但你没有证据（CHASE的BANKER在
开户之后可以给你印出一份PROMOTION BONUS的CONFIRMATION带TRACKING NUMBER的），
系统里也确实没有记录，能不能掰回来就看你自己能闹到哪种程度了。 |
