Use paper ballots. The electronic machines in swing states have thresholds
on them to prevent Trump from rising to a certain percentage. This is why
you see sudden surges of machines switching votes, that threshold has been
met and the machine is doing what it is programmed to do.
Its harder to manipulate paper ballots without getting caught.
Election wise, watch the states that had a high usage of electronic voting

4. 80，945人投了167，333 张重复选票。
5. 1937个地址都有10-50名注册选民， 中间不凡1000尺出头的小房子， 共33249名选

他们的提议里面说的是州税增加4.5%. 问题是这个4.5% 不是原来5%税率的4.5%, 而是
真正的税率增加4.5%, 就是增税后的税率变成9.5%.
