Everyone with adequate knowledge knows that ICBM takes more than 20 minutes
to hit the targets, and SRBM and MRBM takes much less time to hit the target
. So there are ample time for the missile detection system to detect a
launch, and determine if it's ICBM or SRBM. US wouldn't respond with
nuclear ICBM because it knows everyone else would be monitoring them and
would detect that launch.

我的回答是据说是存在的，但是我从来没有见到过。为什么说是存在的呢？因为关于防
止性骚扰的培训和讲座是很多的，不夸张的说。我们日常50%的培训都是防止性骚扰。
培训强度不亚于我国著名的政治思想学习。而且一旦发生了性骚扰事件，当事者会受到
非常严厉的处罚。不仅仅是坐牢，而且会记录在联邦终身档案。以后无论你搬到美国的

Very funny analysis! if the US had not stolen and copied Germany's
technology during and after world war two today would have had a few cows
for exporting to the Arab nations. just to be realistic : the US will not
benefit a great war again because first of all the US is not unreachable,
