美军众人集体凌辱一个士兵，特别是新兵，算不上新闻，电视和电影里时不时会看到这
种场景，只是近期接连有两位华裔美军士兵，在阿富汗不堪虐辱举枪自尽的事件浮出水
面，使美军的内部凌辱行为一时成为新闻话题，受到公众，特别是华人的关注。军方迫
于舆论压力，通过军事法庭玩高高举起，轻轻放下的惯用把戏，把这两起美军士兵受凌
辱致死案，大事化小，小事化无。
廖梓源(Harry Lew)是加州居民，19岁参军，2010年11月派赴阿富汗。2011年4月2日，
他被发现站岗时打瞌睡，当晚约翰斯中士带领两个一等兵，对廖梓源拳打脚踢三个多小
时，极尽人身侮辱，命令他扛着一袋沙在兵营里转圈子，还将沙子倒在他脸上，塞进他
嘴里。凌辱停止后20分钟，廖梓源用自动步枪结束了21岁的年轻生命。自杀时，他是一
等兵，入伍18个月，到阿富汗执勤才4个月。

以台灣在日治時代時發生的霧社事件為主軸，講述賽德克族頭目莫那魯道率領族人對抗
日軍的電影「賽德克巴萊」（Seedie Bale），9月1號在威尼斯影展上首映，並角逐影
展最高榮耀"金獅獎"。
導演魏德聖籌畫12年，耗費7億新台幣拍攝完成了「賽德克巴萊」這部影片。然而這一

你不选的话,别人会代表你选.SCA5就是这么出来的.
觉得用early vote ballot比较方便.
我的选择供大家参考:
有党派可以选的,全部选republican. 歧视华人的SCA5法案就是民猪党搞出来的,所以坚
决不能选民猪党.
没有党派选的judge,我对他们不太熟.Scott Bales选No,因为觉得他太liberal了.其他
都选Yes.
几个proposition,
State level的三个,一个是关于Arizona可以根据本州宪法拒绝Federal的action或者
program. 一个是允许病人使用未经FDA批准的药.
这两个我都选Yes.
第三个要涨众议员和参议员的工资, 这个我选No
County level:
Proposition 480 是Maricopy county要发行900个million的bond,这个坚决选No,因为
这个发行的成本是靠加大家的房产税. 如果同意的话, 大家的房产税就要涨了.

Colin Firth的演技没得说。
黑鸟的题材很滥俗。孕妈的演技不怎么地。从白到黑没有爆发力，感觉演得很吃力，人
物塑造显生涩不流畅。娜粉轻拍，个人见解而已。入围的几个女演员都比她演得好。
Inception该得的奖项都拿到了，个人也很喜欢，但是题材不是奥斯卡的菜。
Christion Bale的得奖角色感觉多多少少有些本色在里面，冲动神经质。
话说KP的导演和旁边坐的他妈妈长得那个像啊，像得都有点好笑。还没忘了加一句“

在北美能提前看到《金陵十三钗》的点映也是纯属巧合。Telluride电影节每年在旧金
山会有一场新片点映，由于Telluride电影节一向喜欢搞神秘。收到邀请的观众提前并不
知道会上映哪一部电影，但主办方会确保这是一部在北美还没上映的又是重量级的影片
，而且会有导演或制片方亲自来到现场。去年是索菲亚科波拉的《在某处》，她本人也
亲自来到现场。坐在今年试映场地--工业光魔里的乔治卢卡斯私人剧院，等待主办方揭
晓电影之前，本人脑海中还浮想联翩会是哪部新片，原来倒是非常期待会是像锡兰的“
小亚细亚往事”，或者是索科洛夫的“浮士德”，因为这两部片是为数不多还没有在Te

典型的奥斯卡类型片，就是为了得奖凑一帮人去拍的
连摄影都摇得很“奥斯卡”
装b学院青年最爱，票房很烂，我去看的时候没几个活人
但是现在各种viewer review都评价很高（估计肯花钱看这个都是装b青年）
俩男主角为了得奖都拼了老命
mark wahlberg 剧中体重估计差30lb，再现当年the texi driver的增肥/减肥
christian bale更是瘦成了鬼（已经第二次了。。。）
而且丧心病狂他那个角色算配角。。。估计为了提高拿奖系数 |

围。
能找好莱坞一流男星撑场是个明智的选择，Bale有戏就是不一样，可以很轻易地引起西方观
众的共鸣，引以带入，自然而然地开始揪心起南京死难的百姓，对残暴的日军留下深刻
的负面印象。 只要达到这个效果，其实这电影拍得就值了。
女主也同理，换了汤唯也不一定撑得起来，战场特效，摄影，后期，音效等基本看齐好
莱坞水准，不大点范围放映真可惜。
张艺谋这次总算拍了个靠谱的，不是总在村妞和农村题材上转悠了，红花一朵。。。。

人平等的讲法就很不相称，要是结局改成Bale把她们全救了还差不多。
