坦女孩马拉拉（Malala Yousafzai）前，必须三思。
该奖项改变了一些总统、自由斗士和人权工作者的生活，但有一些得奖者称，日后世人
常常以圣人的标准，去评估得奖者的言行和瑕疵，几乎是一辈子的束缚。
而对于马拉拉来说，背负的压力甚至会更大，因为她年仅16岁。马拉拉因倡导女孩受教
育而遭塔利班枪击，与死神擦肩而过。
以往得奖者都是在成年后选择了自己的发展道路。该奖项最年轻的得奖者是也门维权人
士卡曼（Tawakul Karman），她在32岁时获颁和平奖。
挪威诺贝尔学院院长吉尔·隆德斯塔德(Geir Lundestad)称，该奖项并无年龄限制。他
负责主持和平奖委员会会议。
他提到得奖者时说：“这将改变他们的生活。他们会接到无数邀请，人们会聆听他们，

心态，急切地收视或扫描头条、二条新闻，看看是不是啥地方又发生恐怖主义袭击了，
特别是亲人目前所在的遥远地方，或自己曾经呆过一段时间的地方，或马上要去访问的
地方。这种矛盾心态颇类似于小时候听大人讲恶鬼的故事，又怕听恐怖细节，又禁不住
想听个明白。
华人社会的奇特型态
在环顾全球恐怖活动此起彼伏的这些岁月里，笔者不能不反复注意到一个奇特的型态（
peculiar pattern）：相对而言，五个华人社会是处于当今世界上恐怖主义袭击事件最
少或次少的档次。而这五个华人社会的政治体制、法律架构、经济水平、人口和领土规
模、宗教政策、民族关系管理、周边穆斯林邻国或社群的分布，都有显著的差异。因此
，它们都能够在预防和堵住恐怖主义袭击方面做到最佳或接近于最佳，背后必定有一些
共同的或至少是相近的因素在起作用。
由于篇幅的限制，本文只能提及两大主要因素，一上层一下层，来尝试解释为什么华人
社会在防堵恐袭方面能够达到极为可观的成效。这首要的因素是管治层面的，是属于“

。 也可能刘翔赢了他们会挑刺。 但我们中国人对自己人的刻薄更令人伤心。
