which made me think of a warm hat, probably a balaclava. The nearest
REI is 2 hrs round trip, so I thought that maybe I could put the
leftover fleece from the pot poach project into use. Luckily, a quick
google search brought me to this page:

次去见他的时候是在一个月前，我要求进行洗牙（Washing my teeth）和漂白（Whiten
my teeth），他问我，是否要进行一下常规的诊断(diagnose)，我说不用，就清洁一
下牙齿就好(clean my teeth).
第一次洗牙很顺利，走之前，他给我了一个第二次治疗的条子(treatment plan)，上面
写着(adhesive restoration – surf-post).我不是学医的，不懂这个adhesive
restoration是什么意思。我猜想，可能是和漂白有关。再呢，我3年前左下的智齿得过
牙髓炎，当时把牙髓挖出之后，大夫回填了一些填充物，我想也有可能是那个牙齿的填
充物快磨 |

一个人，在2011年的最后一天去了梦寐以求的Kilimanjaro和Serengeti。
一开始，是握手。陌生但有些亲切的面孔，完全礼貌的微笑，点点头，再礼貌的握手。
那天是一月一日下午三点，2012，坐在Pamoja半露天的桌子前，认识了三个澳大利亚的哥们。
然后是拥抱，充满了无法形容的开心，喜悦的拥抱。
那时离5700米的Stella Point大概只剩下海拔一百米，抬头已经能看见这堵悬崖的顶边。透过goggle，我看见两张熟悉的灿烂的笑容嵌在厚厚的羽绒服帽子、墨镜、绒线帽和balaclava头套之间从远处走来，在黑夜里低头一声不吭的爬了七个小时后，那两张笑容温暖得像是刚才坐在石头上看过的日出。脸是唯一裸露在那个海拔下的皮肤，被风吹得近乎僵硬的通红。

- No cotton!!! Cotton is completely useless when wet. You will actually get
colder if you sweat, or if your outlayer get wet from the snow.
- Heavy weight very long synthetic socks.
- Bottom: Long base layer (or fleece pants) plus ski pants (with liner or
even fleece/synthetic insulation). Ski pants does not need to be Gore Tex or
something, but it need to be of waterproof material.
