票优惠也越来越难以PK通胀的压力，于是航空公司想尽一切办法从周边挣钱。而最好琢
磨的就是托运行李了与手提行李了。
于是有了如下场景：
地点：新加坡机场T2航站楼， Tigerairways值机柜台旁边的出境大厅入口
人物：我，穿着security制服的白富美A与后面相当叫嚣的制服男B
背景：在出境大厅入口处一般都会有警察在你出境前核对一下你的机票与护照是否相符
在Tigerairways值机柜台拿到机票，信步走到不远处的出境大厅正排队通过检查。
白富美A过来了，哦，应该正常出境前检查的。想都没有想就递上了护照和机票。没想
到A只看机票却不看护照，紧接着就拎起我的拉杆箱使劲摇晃（在掂量拉杆箱的重量）
。我开始有点摸不着头脑了，这是安全检查吗？接着A就把我领给了不远处的B。
B很快让我把所有行李（拖杆箱与电脑包）放到虎航的称重处过秤，我当时还是有点晕
，B让我拿出笔记本，我就拿出笔记本，B让我过秤，我就去过秤；结果很快出来了：9.

面索赔申请。 (我就剩下一两天)

背景：有Barclay red aviator卡。同行三大人，一小孩（<2岁）。
刚开始在AA.COM定了单程award ticket，加上AAdvantage #，用的CSR付fee（三个$5.6
），票出来之后每个人第一个baggage要交$25，第二个要交$35。可以每人有一个free
carry on。打电话问AA怎么回事，说要用Barclay Red Aviator付fee才能有free
baggage（不是很sure这样是否可行）。本来觉得这样也就算了，后来发现其他事情严
重冲突，决定打电话给AA取消机票（24小时之内）要求refund fee和re-deposit miles
，刚开始客服还说要redeposit fee（第一张$150，然后每张$25），跟argue这是24小
时之内后他无话可说就给退了。
然后就在Chase CSR UR travel center里面用点数定了三个大人的往返机票，也加上
AAdvantage #，然后再打电话给AA要求加上婴儿票。过了一晚出票后，打电话确认了婴

一行：
“如行程中包含伙伴航空公司代码共享航班或其他航空公司航班时，根据情况有时托运
行李需要符合该航空公司规定。详情请参考此处。”
另外点进详情里说：
Ticket issued on/after April 1st, 2011
- Itinerary includes ANA flights only
⇒ New ANA Baggage rule does apply.
- Itinerary includes other airline operating flights (connection flight or
codeshare flights)
⇒ ANA baggage rule does NOT apply for certain itineraries under IATA
Baggage rule and U.S. Department of Transportation.

帮父母订了4月份广州-东京-芝加哥航线的机票，广州-东京段是全日航空，而东京-芝
加哥是美联航。我看了全日航空的行李托运细则，可以免费托运两个行李，但是美联航
的国际航线现在只能托运一个行李了，但是日本除外，从日本出发还是可以免费托运两
个行李。
我的问题是，我这机票适用哪个航空公司的原则？美联航会认为我是在广州出发，还是
东京出发呢？因为美联航只负责东京-芝加哥的航段。如果认为是在东京出发，那么就
能托运两个行李，但是这是联程航班，我能够免费托运多少个行李呢？

baggage fees的transaction是有其单独的code的吗？这样银行可以识别并返还credit？
根据amex报销的经验，如果机票价格比较低，例如50，也可以触发报销，那也就是说这
个code是同样的？
因为机场柜台还可以卖票，所以不知道是不是同一个code，- Checked baggage fees
和- Overweight / oversize baggage fees这两项加起来，好几百。。。（会不会被误
认为成机票，然后没法报销了） |
