he is a very nice person too, he warmed me up all the time at USOpen

c*********o 发帖数: 179 | 3 I think the weight of the rubber is a concern of many people on this board.
I found a tabel of the weight of most rubbers on the market. See the table
below for details.
Personally, I think the best back hand rubber is Nittaku Renanos Bright Soft
because (1) the weight is very light; (2) good balance in speed, spinning,
and control.
Surprisingly, Hurricane III with #19 sponge is also light and can be
considered as a backhand rubber.

Your form is very good, i am not a good looper at all, just by
playing with u and Zhangtion, i feel if your looping is as
powerful as his, you could reach 2000 soon.
i don't know how you could improve your strength of loops, maybe
Junkywind can give u a hint? when u run from backhand to forehand
big corner, ur loop is strongest... maybe u should hit more instead
of spin more, 磨多打少 is good for strong underspin like my pushes,
but sometimes hit more is more deadly. |

对于他的冒高上旋球 我这个磨跟打就没平衡好 经常是飞掉出界

i didn't play as aggressive as in my 30s, like to move back to
defense, like to slow down the point, play more consistently.
Serve wise, i toss less high, so more consistent, besides screw
spins, which was the main spin i started to serve high toss, i added
down spins to 2 short corners, also like backhand high toss serve

c****1 发帖数: 5654 | 21 ur game is very solid and all-rounds, in ur level, ur backhand is
key to beat same level shakehands, that may be the reason i feel
u have better chance to beat a 2250 shakehand than a 2250 penholder.
In order to break ur career high, u need better core strength, so
that you would not easily get injured (i know u are a hard trainer)
also your forehand would be a lot more powerful.
There are a lot of good ways to improve your core strength, u can

To block a slow and spiny loop on your backhand, a block with left-side spin
is very effective and not too difficult to do -- just apply a left side
spin when you block. (If you could move your paddle downwards, you can even
have a under-spin block.) To block a fast loop, you would need to be a... 阅读全帖 |

Now shift two coaches, one is around 2500-2600 level while another one is
more like 2100-2200 level, we had good progress in the last couple months.
Now to a confusing stage, how are we going to train backhand (beside
blocking and punching). |

c********t 发帖数: 4527 | 28 Let me be a little bit specific.
The question is not about inside table you deal with 反手侧拧 or not. It is
about the wrist movement like 反手侧拧, can it (or should it)be used in
backhand blocking, punching, even looping for underspin when the ball is
outside of the table.
