给指正一下？
1. 买 sheathing plywood 钉在横梁上；
2. 买 Backer board 或者 Cement board，量好尺寸，用刀子切好，在 plywood 上铺
一层水泥 (thinset 应该可以），把 backer board 铺上去，压平；
3. 在某个阶段，好象是水泥干到一定程度的时候，拧上些专门给 backer board 用的
螺丝，这样就呆稳当了；
4. 等底下的 thinset 干了，你就可以在 backer board 上铺瓷砖了。
有那层水泥板子+水泥，一般是不用再担心漏水的问题了。
剩横梁。现在想先铺treated plywood，再铺地砖装toilet可以吗，以防以后万一漏。

你的subfloor是什么材料？wood? wood厚度多少？还是concrete?
无法了解这位师傅具体用了啥，干了啥，根本无法评述。
你至少得先排除是安装过程的问题。据我所知，90%以上的tile crack是安装引起的，
原因包括
没有用正确的grout
subfloor处理不对，没有用正确的backer board
subfloor没有弄平
使用错误的thinset
