1, 我们的本科是填在EDUCATION(FOR UNDERGRADUATE)还是么MEDICAL EDUCATION?
2,学历选Bachlor of M,Master of MM, Doctor of M? 如果这样的话，国内的博士才
是MD, 可是我们认证的时候是Bachlor of M 相当于这儿的MD.
我们学校给的学历英文件倒是写的Bachlor of M,Master in M, Doctor in M.
3, 国内硕/博士经历可以算residence and fellow 吗？
4， observation 怎么填？特别是要申请好几科的。

education. SO, the 4 years tuition 13,193*9 = $181,737
I think the only problem is: If the program accepts Chinese 4 years bachlor
degree(transcripts) as pre-pharmacy ? I checked some other PharmD non-
istance programms, they didn't accept forign country's bachlor transcripts
as pre-pharmacy, they only accept American and Canada transcripts. For
this distance one, maybe need ask for them and make sure. |

three levels. To be specific, if you get your phd here, you can have OPT for
phd program. If you will have another degree different from PhD, say
bachelor here, you could have another OPT, which is different from OPT for
phd degree. in the same way, if you are gonna have a master degree, you
would have your third OPT for master degree.

新公司的白痴律师写的suport letter上，变成了这个职位只要bachlor学位。
和她argue，叽歪一堆屁话，然后还说h1b和绿卡没有关系。
而且貌似铁了心要给我申请eb3，argue半天说十月份和新老板meeting了再说。
到底h1b用bechlor申请对eb2绿卡有没有影响？？

但是fuwu总结中提到：
联邦法律中，EB3 需要PERM中工作最低要求只能为本科（其他学位不能作为最低标准）
EB2 需要PERM中工作最低只能为advance degree,两者并无包含也无交集。
我想反驳这点，理由如下：
bachlor +5 yrs 等同于advance degree,反之亦然。
那么所有EB2/3的PERM的工作最低标准都可以理解成bachelor + n年工作经验，都符合
联邦法中最低要求。
个人观点而已。仅供参考。 |

基本情况
1，小弟70后，80前，去年因为家庭原因来到密歇根，现在无业中，靠LP接济过日。
2，国内大本毕业，后读交大研究生。出来前有8年Mechanical Engineering方面的工作
经验，其中最后5年在GE中国工作。
3,小弟去年来后，在米国到处晃悠了一番，体验了下粪土人情。然后开始在Michigan找
工作，无奈人家地头，抢不过老黑、老印们，工作一直无果。后来小弟开始把搜索范围
扩大到全美国，虽然有面试，但谈到要H1b support，万恶的资本家们就没了消息。现
在就差去阿拉斯加找工作了。
因为LP在MI工作，说实话，我还是想在这里找个事情做做的，请教下各位大哥大姐
1，MI哪里情况好点呢？我这样没有美国学历的，有公司愿意要我嘛？有公司要，
H1support，能批嘛？
2，如果我去读书，是不是要重新读Master？还是要Bachlor开始啊，年纪一把，不想浪
费时间，大家给点建议吧。MI哪个学校好点呢，最好学费低点，读个1-2年就能出来的。
