，以及国内学校沟通不畅，常常变成一件麻烦事。以至有朋友由于一直报不上名，不得
不一再延迟考试的时间。前段时间我报名的时候，看ECFMG的要求，也看得有些不知所
云。后来问了好些同道，终于顺利抱上了名。这里，我把自己的报名过程按时间顺序详
细写下来，希望对后来者有些帮助。大致的过程是有2次认证，第一次与考试报名有关
，主要是让学校在186表上签字后寄给ECFMG，确认此人是有资格考试的；第二次则与颁
发ECFMG Certificate有关，ECFMG直接向学校要求更多的证明材料，再次确认申请人有
资格获得相当于AMG diploma的certificate。

最近由于厦门大学的“闽江学者”特聘教授傅谨被著名的学术打假人方舟子揭露其哥伦
比亚大学的医学博士MD是伪造的，因而引起有关中国国内医学院颁授的学位与其他国家
如美国相应学位的关联疑问。本文就是为此做的各国（主要对比中美两国）医学学位的
对比。
根据目前已经披露出来的各种证据表明傅谨根本没有在哥伦比亚大学获得医学博士学位
（即拉丁文缩写MD——Medicinae Doctor）。已经有人通过美国的第三方查证机构
National Student Clearinghouse （NSC）查询得知系统中没有傅谨在哥伦比亚大学获
得学位的信息。必须指出的是这个NSC是美国几乎所有经专业认可的正规大学和学院授
权的认证机构，包括哥伦比亚大学在内的学校授权NSC向第三方发布有关学生的学历（

美国的学位验证机构出具的证明确认你的学位是bachelor of medicine，后面有个括号
,first professional degree in China, equal to MD。在美国，一个本科医学学士要
称自己是MD，OK，没有问题。虽然如果你还是美国读博的学生，没有用MD做博后，也没
有拿到行医执照，这样就比较奇怪，但也还OK。不过很少有学生这样做，称自己是MD。
MD主要是给美国人看的。毕竟你如果挂个Bachelor of Medicine的牌子，美国病人不理
解你咋个当医生，不是MD咋个看病。美国其实还是认定你的学位是bachelor of
medicine，只是为了在美国行医的需要，又认定这个学位euqal to 美国的MD。所以严

computer science and programming, data structure and programming. 这四门。如

之外，澳洲宽松的留学政策也是吸引留学生的重要因素。
一、毕业后工作签证长度更长：
1.Bachelor Degree Master Degree (course work)： 2年工作签。
2.Master Degree (research)： 3年工作签。
3.PhD: 4年工作签。
二、打工要求放松：
1. Higher Degree by Research 包括Master Degree (research) PhD学生开学后，打
工无时间限制(之前是每周20小时打工)。
2.Higher Degree by Research签证有效期在原有基础上增加6个月，相应的保险也要多
交6个月。
澳洲是允许留学生打工学生的，留学生打工时间将变为每两周40小时(目前是每周20小
时打工时间)，这种办法更灵活，学生可以有效的安排打工和学习时间，方便学生和雇
主。
三、担保金要求下调：
1. 签证评审级别4级(AL4)：担保时间长度由36个月缩短到24个月；担保金存款历史要
求由6个月缩短到3个月。

MD是博士学位级别的。

I applied for NIW by this March and just got it approved in NSC. In June, my
company stated to apply for EB2. Two weeks ago, EB-2 was in prevailing wage
determination. I am not clear its current state.
Is the next step to wait for my PD, and once my PD becomes current, and
submit I-485 by myself?
Now should I let my company know my NIW? Should I have both or NIW only or
EB-2 only?
What are the advantages vs disadvantages & risks?

以前不是流传的bs+5年或者ms吗？在哪有官方说法？律师这信怎么又改成2年和bs了。

发帖数: 112 | 48 大公司，Senior title，居然只要求Bachelor学位，亏我空有2个master没地方用。现
在说公司系统里有mapping这个职位只能要求bachelor学位。偏偏我这个工作前又只有3
年工作经验，不够EB2 bachelor学位要求的5年。
狂郁闷无比。真想明天就不干了。
这样子还有什么办法直接办EB2吗？或者策略是先凑活办EB3, 把PERM和I140办下来占个
PD再说？同时考虑其他办法（包括走人）？ 公司说如果走人要自己承担绿卡费用。 |

公司现在的job description具体士要求“Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree
in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and three years experience”。
那如果加上Master’s degree要求，比如变成"Master's degree (maybe plus 1-2
years' experience?) OR Bachelor's degree and three years experience"， 后面
这个Bachelor +3年经验会不会影响到前面Master这个要求，导致我还是不qualify EB2？
