我一年前考到RN的执照associate program 毕业，然后直接去读bachelor，现在已经毕
业了。上学期间一直在一家妇产科诊所做护士，有一年多了，现在毕业了，想找一个正
式的护士的工作。本人学生身份，现在在拿opt。很发愁工作的问题，还有以后没有
sponsor怎么办。

简单介绍一下背景：
PHD退学拿MS走人，后来当了technician。钱太少了，3万左右，而且老板很恶心非常挑
剔，所以干了快一年就回家生孩子了。其实我不是特别讨厌当tech，就是觉得要遇上一
个好老板太难了。想到10年后我还拿着3，4万就觉得可悲。
我想读护士完全是看在投入不大回报相对来说可以，而且价值比tech升得快的情况下才
决定的，周围有社区大学2年ADN program,也有BSN 1年加速班，今年申请读完最早都得
2013年了，那个时侯也不知道行情怎样。看板上大学都说有卡也不好找了，搞得我有点
犹豫。。。
我这个人体力劳动是不怕的，就怕考试，而且每次考试都认真复习却总考不好，加速班
咬咬牙可能也能拿B毕业。
LG和家人的态度是中立的，要读就支持，也读也行。所以基本帮不了我。
大家觉得我还要再读吗？还是继续找个tech干一辈子？

职位要求bachelor+5年和bachelor +4年经验有没有本质区别，是不是都为本科学位？
你强调eb3只要求本科，那么bachelor+4年是不是不能申请eb3?
Eb2要求至少bachelor+5,那么bachelor+4是不是也不能申请eb2?
工作要求bachelor+4年是不是招不着外国人了？
如果你认为bachelor +4可以申请eb3,满足本科学历要求，那么为什么bachelor+5就不
能满足eb3,就因为多一年工作经验么？

请了两个大牛来推荐，一来说明他很认真很严肃的对待这个show.而来说明这个人挺看重权势的，不然为什么请王石？让过去１００到期的男嘉宾情何以堪？让导师上娱乐节目给学生推荐也是开创先例吧？不知道他怎么介绍这个show的，反正我跟外国朋友说这是中国的bachelor.
其实他各方面都挺好的，唯一让欧生气的地方就是最后给新闻体育娱乐排名，本来是４项，不舍得把体育拿掉，说明他可能喜欢体育，可是他不喜欢把娱乐放前面的女生。试想如果我不看娱乐频道我怎么看到你上电视了阿？？对娱乐不屑一顾的人干嘛上娱乐电台啊，是不是喜欢那些只

问了一下周围的mm对他什么看法，反馈是没感觉，说白了，外形气质跟哈佛有点差距吧。。还有的反馈是看着很严肃却谈哈佛罗奔，有可能闷骚。不过总的说来觉得他有点理想主义，也喜欢美女，路漫漫其修远兮。。。

体医疗水平低下是一个世界范围内没有争议的问题。而这一问题又和高等医学教育，住
院医生培训体制和学位制度息息相关。这也导致了对外国医生准入门栏极低（甚至没有
语言关），和美国形成了鲜明对比。

舒乙对于钱钟书的评论——我在中国现代文学馆听他演说时听到的，记得不一定准确，
但大致思想不会错。舒乙说：钱钟书和张爱玲被抬到这个地步，是夏志清干的。夏志清
这样干完全是出于意识形态目的，因为他觉得这两个人是对抗中国官方意识形态的，而
其他人都是顺从了的。由于众所周知的“文革”后知识分子对于官方意识形态的态度，
夏志清的这个说法就大行其道了。其实，张还可以说确实有这个意思，钱则并没有这个
意思。不考虑意识形态，单从文学艺术的成就来说，这两个人决没有这样高的地位。当
然，这两个人在有着五千个席位的中国现代文学馆占有一席之地，则完全是合格的。
舒乙的评论完
我听说舒乙在“文革”中与他的母亲一起，对待老舍并不好。如果这个情况属实，则我
对于舒乙人格上有看法。但我认为舒乙对于钱钟书的评论是恰当的。人们所说的钱的小
说的好处，可以给钱舒乙所说的那个地位，但不应该是现在吹的那么高。

1。我举例的是为了说明，一份EB2标准的PERM,如果EB2 140通过，那么 也应该可以通
过，如果要拒绝，拒绝的理由是什么呢？单说这个PERM中工作标准，不是我想用
advance degree来刷美国人就可以随便刷的。举例，有人要用EB2去申请一个保姆的工
作，申请PERM要advance degree,那么DOL会批准劳工纸么？换句话说，我用的advance
degree是DOL批的，我可以用这个去刷美国人，同时因为工作要求了advance degree,在
140申请中才可以选择EB2.(这是EB2与EB3的本质区别，最低标准不同，EB3门槛低，你
能迈过，EB2门槛高，不一定能迈过，这也是为什么EB3转EB2要重新做PERM,而不能直接
amendment，但是反过来，如果你可以迈过高的门槛，那么肯定也可以迈过低的门槛，
愿不愿意迈，我想EB3超过EB2之前没人想迈吧。)
2.你的例子有点不太明白，你到底是不是按照EB2做的PERM,还是象B助理说的给你按照

翻译成Bachelor of Medicine 是没问题的，这是协会接收的翻译方式。
Bachelor of Medicine in Medicine强调专业是Medicine，而非其他（如药理、检验等
），Bachelor of Medicine才是word-by-word的翻译，没有任何问题。
我也懒得纠结了，刚联系了原来的翻译公司。如果他们不能给更换为Bachelor of
Medicine in Medicine，那么我也不管了，就这么递交上去。反正我不心虚我的学位问
题。每个公司都有自己的翻译习惯吧，行业也有行业规范。ECFMG也没有非说只能翻译

Master+３年 （为了办EB２），结果律师告知Bachelor+５年在Prevailing wage 中列
为Engineer Level ３ （Senior Engineer level），我的工资达不到。律师提出的解
决方案：
１)改成Master only，可以用Engineering Level ２ 的工资作为Prevailing wage，我
勉强达到。但要解释为什么Bachelor不能应聘这个职位。
２)改成Master+２年 或 Bachelor+４年，可以用Engineering Level ２ 的工资，但只
能办EB３（只有Bachelor+５年以上才能办EB２）。
向诸位求教有什么更好的解决方案。如果采用律师的建议１来办EB２，如何解释为什么
Bachelor不能应聘这个职位，本人职位普通软工。 |

其实楼主是把perm中最低要求advance degree和最低要求bachelor定义为两个完全不相
干，独立的概念。
举个很简单的例子就可以推翻这个观点。这种例子网上比比皆是。
Perm 工作描述 bachelor + 3yrs为 eb3
Perm 工作描述 bachelor + 5yrs 为eb2,因为bachelor + 5yrs equivalent to
advance degree
这也是大部分人eb3升eb2的基础，任何律师都不会否认这个问题。
那么这么来看eb2和eb3是不是包含关系呢？bachelor +5yrs包含bachelor +3yrs么？ |

招工的广告， 对我的位置（level I） 要求是 bachelor
还有一个招sr一点的位置（level II） 要求bachelor+2yrs experience
为我的perm（要求较低的那个）打广告的话
可能要求bachelor + 5 yrs 吗？ 可能进EB2 category吗？
就算是律师可以弄成要求 bachelor +5yr，给level II的要求还是 bachelor+2 yrs，是
不是矛盾了?

招工的广告， 对我的位置（level I） 要求是 bachelor
还有一个招sr一点的位置（level II） 要求bachelor+2yrs experience
为我的perm（要求较低的那个）打广告的话
可能要求bachelor + 5 yrs 吗？ 可能进EB2 category吗？
就算是律师可以弄成要求 bachelor +5yr，给level II的要求还是 bachelor+2 yrs，是
不是矛盾了?

就不讨论 Job Zone 5 jobs 了，多是科学家的工作，这种工作一般没有需要讨论。
For normal Job Zone 4 jobs, such as Software Engineers, Civil Engineers,

Level 1 is mapped to Bachelor's degree with 0 to 2 years of experience

这条其实不用过度解读，也可不攻自破。
工作要求Bachelor +5yrs申请EB2比比皆是，Bachelor + 0，1，2，3，4就只能申请EB3
，这个从没被人怀疑过。
因为bachelor +5yrs可以等同advance degree,但联邦法没有规定bachelor +5yrs就不
属于本科一列。
同理，每个advance degree perm也可以理解成bachelor + 5 yrs,那么这个最低学历联
邦法就不太可以说的通了。。。 |
