report.
一个三年的项目，去年7.1开始，所以第一个budget period今年6.30结束。
官方规定（NSF 17-1, p.88）：
"annual project reports should be submitted electronically no later than 90

ays prior to the end of the current budget period to allow adequate time for
the cognizant Program Officer to review and approve the report"
所以应该3.31以前交annual report？
“the report is considered due during the 90 day period. The report
becomes overdue the day after the 90 day period ends.”

再说点个人体会吧:
1.VISA cc, 因为amex国内能收的商家很少(嗯也有，我在上海南京路几个店看到过,似乎
是rolex之类的店？)
2.Debit Card, 实战经验+terms上来看，mysmartcash肯定不会Schwab的DC更好用。
3.一个也许无关紧要的细节是: 用schwab的checking account去online pay Schwab CC
的bill的话，1 business day就能到；而pay Fidelity AMEX CC的话，要5 business d
ays。也许这个和CC本身有关系，因为我用Chase Checking对这两张CC做online bill
pay
，也是同样的，Schwab 1 biz day， Fidelity要5biz days。
4. 比较起来，似乎Schwab CC的唯一劣势就在于，visa signature不report credit li

，争议性很强的帖子放在首页，把生活一些阴暗面选择性放大，看了让人很desperate。
我是上了MITBBS才知道有“猥琐男”“凤凰男”“外F女”“老将”“小将”“千老”之
类乱七八糟的标签。我大学的时候最尊敬的那个老师跟我说过，“其实看不惯别人是自

的“上海经济学人园桌会议”在法华校区安泰楼举行。
“上海经济学人园桌会议”是一项旨在扩大上海地区经济学家交流与影响，对社会经
济重大问题进行广泛深入的争鸣与讨论的会议。此次，来自上海社会科学院、复旦大学经
济学院、同济大学、华东理工大学以及交大经济与管理学院、交大经济学院等13位专家参
加了研讨会。
经济学人的专家们围绕着“自主创新与人才培养”这个主题，进行了精彩的发言和热
烈的讨论。
安泰经济与管理学院院长王方华为会议作了重要讲话，他指出，最近一系列问题，有
1/3是社会和人民群众对优质教育资源的需求和供应不足造成的矛盾，还有整个社会的改
革发展速度之快和教育发展滞后的矛盾，社会对创新的需求和教育培养创新人才不足的矛
盾。希望大家思考这个问题，资源不足只能靠创新来改变，不能依靠教育部增加投入，必
须通过制度创新来进行资源放大，改变资源配置模式，死的资源变活，小的资源变大。

it is itself, what it originally created-the logic processing to initialize
a purpose. unfortunately， this purpose related with chemical products. Actu
ally, that chemical products is the only connection with chemistry.
so we do not need to know what the exact product is. one thing we should alw

And it gives out the definition of econometrics later on the same page:
Econometrics is the field of economics that concerns itself with the
application of mathematical statistics and the tools of statistical inference
to the empirical measurement of relationships postulated by economic theory.
This definition still gives me the feeling that econometrics is economic
