一点就是政府要给人民一定的经济保障，换句话说就是要给人民发现金。因为人只有在
解除了温饱的后顾之忧之后才能够解放头脑进行更有价值的活动。当然了他的什么国家
财政靠向大财团征税就纯属扯淡了。不过发现金这一条倒是可以论证一番，而且现在已

历史经验之大成。当时还有很多同时代
的学者分布着周朝首都和各个诸侯国，
所以道德经是经过Peer review的。

Republican nominee for president is so long it's hard and exhausting to try
to remember them all.
It is deplorable that a sizable percentage of his supporters love him
because of those awful things -- deplorable that they now feel it is OK to
express those views in public. That is not excusable -- no matter how much
economic pain they've contended with these past few decades. |

展现了自己作为“久经考验”总统候选人的优势，即便特朗普从邮件门、政治精英、身
体耐力以及诚信度等发起攻击，她都能够游刃有余地予以应对。
希拉里无疑是首场辩论的赢家，就连特朗普本人也承认他的辩论表现“如此糟糕”
（so awful），尽管他将自己输掉辩论的原因归结为自己的麦克风出现了故障，不过美
国选民似乎不接受这个解释。
特朗普虽然没有了初选中的那种谩骂与粗鲁，但他表现平平的背后却暴露出了他对
辩论议题本身的生疏和无知。和希拉里对细节的把握、对议题了解的娴熟度相比，特朗
普基本上不知道自己在说什么，相关辩词甚至充满矛盾和自我否定。尤其在后半段，特
朗普基本上回避了主持人的绝大多数提问，并不时地通过插话、喝水等方式，掩饰自己
的不自信。
