美国70%以上人有infraction, 但是注意: infraction属于crime.
你的infraction应该属于traffic ticket类(double check: citation#中有TR两个
letters)
既然属于crime, background check中会出现. take it seriously.
建议尽量fight这个citation, 特别是初犯的话. 了解一下有没有什么办法能dismiss这
个ticket, 比如一定时间社区服务.
美国的traffic court就是joke, 一堆人象赶鸭子一样去court,每个人只有几分钟的时
间convince judge.

师你这个case的情况。
感觉不一定请律师就会真正走上法庭。可能律师采取的策略之一是代表你给对方写律师
信，如果对方还是不同意，再向法庭提交控诉。即使法庭接到控诉貌似也会有上法庭前
的调解工作。如果在这些步骤你的case就协商解决了，那律师费就不涉及输赢方的区别
了吧。
你可以在www.avvo.com上发帖问问你这个事情，应该有不少律师会在该网上给你免费建
议。但是也有些律师会在上面钓鱼。你也可以在该网上查询你感兴趣律师的review等等。 |

你说老板娘来这里打嘴仗, 在这里混的基本上都知道了吧? 最后都会去吃他个一两次,
合口味的留下来, 不合口味的跑了, 这就算MARKETING成功了, 中国城餐馆那么多, 那

了. 另外告诉你, 如果自己掏钱, 你可以找那种不做广告, 客户很少的律师, 然后和他
商量价格, 很多刚毕业的个人小律师一年50K都赚不到, 50块一小时就接了. 你这情况
很有可能1000块一下就有小律师接了. 你只要有律师, 他日子就不好过.
有个人家暴, 找了个国会去TALK过的律师, 2000块就把人弄出来了. 我找人写合同, 10
多年经验的律师, $60一小时就搞定了. 律师没那么贵的.avvo.com 律师搜罗的最全,
lawyer.com德州也很全了, 找不到dog bit lawyer找injury or personal injury

发帖数: 1883 | 13 已经到了这种地步，他们就是在盯着你们找茬了。不要在跟他们接触，尤其不要发生冲
突。律师可以到avvo.com上找个local的评价还可以的。你打官司当然很贵，但是发一
封律师信没多少钱。
另外，虽然公寓合同几十页，但是不像楼上有些人说的全是偏向公寓。很多州的法律是
非常保护住户的。你在找律师写信的时候也可以咨询一下。
最后一定要记住，美国不是天朝，切记不要冲动，尤其是不要有任何人身威胁或者肢体
接触发生。
说完了这些，你也可以站在公寓的角度考虑一下。如果别的租户都没事只有你有事，那
么查虫的钱的确是笔额外开销。如果咬你的是bedbug，那么也不是没有可能是你们从旅
馆带来的。所以他们也很郁闷，是可以理解的。 |

original court always retains jurisdiction over property division and child
custody and you have to go back to the same court for those. You can
petition the court to release jurisdiction for child custody but it may be
