去年六月被版上某人（此君最近暂时隐退专攻学术）威胁，以跑十迈换一周免费暂住开
始了我的第一个比赛。跑完以后就伤了，shin疼。养了一个多月，练了练九月份去跑了
个chicago半马。感觉还不错，就想着今年跑一个全马。因为要来日本访问，一月份就
报了这个Kasumigaura marathon。某人一再告诫全马马虎不得，所以我原先准备跟一个
新手四个月备战马拉松的计划，不过过年回国荒废了。二月到日本就琢磨着赶紧上量，
殊不知才半月搞了一个10mile的周末long run，就脚背受伤，肿起一块，伤停半月。后
来就怂了，时间也快到了，不敢上量。每次就跑个一万米。
赛前一周开始紧张，才开始仔细研究本版，才知道自己太不serious。跑鞋是网购的，
一直不合脚，自己的脚型什么都不知道。训练不系统不科学。跑前一周开始使用心率带
，跑了五迈心率平均170，而且速度比平常还慢。左腿shin的老伤也开始隐隐作痛。紧
张开始变成恐慌，有一天失眠，觉着必须换鞋（另一个大忌）。然后研究一晚上，第二
