1. Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in mechanical/civil engineering, background
with material process engineering a plus
2. 0-5 yr working/educational experience in IC/MEMS packaging
3. Fundamental understanding in mechanics and structural/material failure
mechanism
4. >1 yr FEA hands-on experience preferred; strong will to work as full

人数来自维基，Mkt cap来自当前市值。没算UAP这类没上市的。好像只有亚麻不准，因
为员工22万有可能把物流算进来了。
两个问题：
a) 这种算法准吗？趋势看，马工比硅工确实强很多。不过硅工内比较，顶级硅工公司
Intel也不咋地啊。拿到Intel和Sandisk offer，没人选择后者吧。是不是哪里算错鸟
？ MS人均市值挺高的呀，为毛大家都bs去那里呢？
b) 排名高低与工资水平直接挂钩么？换句话问，跳槽有往低处跳的吗？
为毛FPGA公司人均市值那么高，EDA那么低？相差6倍呢？员工薪水能差6倍吗？

Broadcom FY2016中国区营收为72亿美元，占其全球总营收的54%。此次裁员仅针对data
control division，未来是否会对其他部门下手、将工作岗位回迁本土不得而知
2015年11月博通被安华高（Avago）以370亿美元收购，随后两家公司合并成了新博通。
在合并之后不久，新博通就宣布将在全球范围裁员约1900人。而此次裁员将持续至2018
年年底。
能进入BroadCom做技术的差不多都是985高校毕业的硕士，北京上海的研发中心不真做
研发，在人家美国人搞的芯片平台源代码上做做维护工作，LTE基带芯片业务5年前就该
砍掉。裁掉拿到N＋６的补偿够不错了，这样闹事就是给国人丢脸，没上过大学的王卫
送快递差点做成中国首富，你们去响应总理的双创前途无量。 |
