是湾区的。
当初联系俺的猎头说，俺在的组还在招人【也侧面从老板那里确认了，既然俺只是一个
contractor，没有确切消息，不会参与面试，:(】。由于他们拿到的job req和俺当初
应聘的一样，所以希望俺能给他们推荐一下。
后面俺贴了工作要求，供参考。
俺个人认为您需要下列技术/经验：
Python on Unix/Linux; 熟悉 Shell script， JSON/XML，automation， Git，
Regular Expression；
有过写test case的经验，至少有足够的 使用/操作 经验。
和Map测试相关，会增加机会。
待遇： $50+/hr,可以参与公司的group insurance plan（不便宜），无其它福利
visa: 没问过，但是如果没有EAD/GC，竞争力不强。
俺的好处: 如果被录用，俺会有$500的referral bonus。

后门电话能直接接通到credit analysts/Credit Departments / Account Managers /
Account Specialists，这些人能reconsider and decide大家的信用卡申请，信用额度
增加，利率高低等并且立马实行。但是后门电话也不是万能的 不能不顾自己的credit
见好卡就申 不过就打后门电话 还是要硬件条件做好了才是正道，最近就有几个ua被拒
reconsider成功 但是全部chase卡全部被关的情况
如果大家发现有的电话号码换了 打不通了 或者发现有新增号码 请pm我 我改进 增减

独的股票选错了，在大趋势的驱动下，收益也不会太差。
今年我看了几天股票，想不出有什么好的趋势。最后我买了点CTRL和FARO，在
VALUATION方面这两个股票真是太贵了。但我觉得INDUSTRY AUTOMATION和HOME
AUTOMATION今年还有点希望。正在考虑把CTRL卖了。 GOOGLE, AMAZON和APPLE都在做一
点HOME AUTOMATION， 觉得CTRL未必竞争的过。
另外就是买些NET-NET的股票：FSI/LUNA/LPTH. 两年前我选了ITI， 以为driverless
car 肯定要和road sensor结合。结果一年ITI也没有涨。我抛了以后自然就由2块涨到4
块，没有任何理由。NET-NET的股票经常几个月都没动静。
今年大家觉得有什么trend？年前我想买点INFRASTRUCTURE, 可1.8没有买ENG，就看他

（１）我听说QA 有AUTOMATION QA ， 可是目前我在一个小公司， QA TEAM 刚成立不
久， 感觉AUTOMATION 方面不怎么样， 也就是用PERL 写写CODE， 能做一些简单的
AUTOMATION， 比如， SUBMIT JOB， COMPARE RESULTS， 感觉应该有很多其他TOOL 可
以用，不知其他QA 都用什么TOOL？
（２）没有受过关于QA 的任何培训（小公司）， 不知从哪里可以找到QA 培训的材料
， 课程， 可以学习一下。
（３） 关于QA 的CAEER PATH。怎样才能增加自己的VALUE， 使自己不容易别人代替？
（我觉得目前盼的活儿别人很容易就能取代我： 就是COLLECT TEST CASE， RUN
REGRESSION， VERIFY TICKETS， 学一下 就能上手）

one more reason to have more test automation is SE..now MSFT only have a
relatively small SE group. take windows for example, if the company wants to
support an OS for 10 years, without test automation, it's mission
impossible for the current size of SE group. so either have more people
maintaining the products for many years, or have more people develop test
automation. |
