这个natural flavoring 好像是Autolyzed Yeast Extract，which contains 谷氨酸和
味精。
大家还是确认一下子吧。

原来写成spices and flavorings, 误导老百姓是NO MSG, 后来被禁止这么写了,
要把这些都列出来, 可是谁会注意这些含有很多Monosodium glutamate
