ICBI已在1978年撰写了「芝加哥圣经无误宣言」，1999年李定武、吕沛渊两位牧师把宣
言重新翻译成中文，读者可仔细研读。这种「信条式」的著作，华人信徒念起来可能不
习惯，有时需重读上三、五遍才能掌握其精粹。我们先复述一遍正统的圣经观，然后再
看「圣经无误」在今天危机中应有的涵义。
1. 《圣经》宣称，人人都认识真神，因为神已作了自我启示。但是不虔不义的人阻挡
（或作「压抑」）真理，转而敬拜受造之物，因此弄瞎了眼睛。
2. 神在永恒里已有预旨，要向人类启示永生之道。他进入了时空，用梦、异象、天使
、神迹等事件(event)，也用先知、使徒等代言人说话(words) ﹐直接在历史中向人启
示。神的启示，不像一部份(非正统的)「圣经神学」派学者说，只是事件(event)，不

照片中，在骄阳下，一头非洲象刚从水坑里洗完澡出来，站在一群斑马中间，一副很享受的样子。它洗完澡后全身通白，俨然像刚刚洗了“美白浴”一样。原来，埃托沙国家公园内有许多掺有盐分的白色泥土，大象在土坑里洗澡时沾到的白色泥土晒干后，在它身上形成了一层白色涂层，犹如防晒霜一样。
