1） 3篇一作的英文文章，但是因为发表只有一年，而且也比较基础，所以引用很少或
没有，而且也没有什么媒体报道，也就是说没有什么闪光的地方。但是，co-auther的
两篇文章， faculty 1000 有推荐， 还有就是Nature review 有highlight，也就是说
是可以有一些东西可以show的。但是，因为好多citation paper引用时都是用第一作者
的姓来引用，之前律师说，这样反而会起到不好的作用，很是头疼，不知道这种情况该
怎么处理。只是提一下不提供证据，好像不行。不说的话，干脆什么都没有了。
2）关于推荐信，EB1的推荐信是不是应该有一些什么outstanding 之类的语言在每一个
contribution的后面呢？另外，律师发来的样品，有的每一封都会说总共多少的文章，
多少citation，review多少paper的。这个用的着吗？

LD 可能要被lay off。原来在公司几年刚file 了140了。H1B只能用到明年了。如果现
在被lay off。能转成我的dependant吗?我持有J1，本来这周就准备寄出waiver的
package的。昨天突然听到这个消息。我把waiver package 没有寄出。
现在在想，该怎么办更好些：
1）我不waiver J1,延长我的J1到2012 年。LD转成J2，持EAD 卡工作。同时明年我试试
EB1A？
这是我目前的想法，不知道有没有问题，比如LD能否转J2，能否持EAD工作？ 因为他的
H1B明年是最后一年了。
2）LD转成J2 后，我将waiver package寄出，这样的话，明年10月开始我持H1B，LD只
能做H4了。那时候我再file 绿卡。
3） 我现在不file 绿卡，觉得自己的EB1A不够强。paper才20 (7 for 1 st Auther),1
patent,4 conference paper. Citation 30多吧（没细看coauther的）。review 6

发帖数: 3449 | 22 1. 很多杂志的proof只给24-48小时时间return，给co-author都看一遍并且及时反馈意
见，
既没有必要，也不现实。
2. Proof大多只是看排版的时候有没有公式印刷错误，文字格式，reference格式等问题
，第一作者把关足够了。co-auther的input应该是在文章写作和修改上，最后这一步是
出版印刷，是杂志社工作人员和第一作者（通讯作者）的责任。 |

我准备申请绿卡，想咨询一下什么方式最快。或者哪几种同时申请比较保险。
有新加坡国立大学的博士学位（毕业6年了）和美国top 10的MBA学位。现在在一个大公
司做supply chain 的项目管理。不是科研的工作。公司说只能帮我申请EB2 而且要花
很长的时间：（ sigh，当初怎么就转了呢？。。
不知道还能不能尝试申请EB1。我读博期间也发过几篇文章。First auther最好的是
IEDM' IEEE electronic device transaction. second author 第一作者是我老板，最
好的是 physics review letter。。但是没帮人审过文章，也没有什么membership。。
曾经拿过创业设计的国际奖。现在的公司职位薪水也还行。
如果不能申请EB1, 我EB2申请哪种比较快？我有点想换工作。
还有在绿卡申请中，title （individual contributor vs manager）有没有任何影响
呢？
我是需要自己申请，还是要找律师比较好？ |

Just wondering how to use the roles in two grants, one is from Department of
Defence, the other from a private foundation (This is a world-wide
competitive grant, only 1 in china, 2 in USA got funded).

want to say how horible they are. Reply need receive by 10/22.
The NOID letter is too big to attachment.
Total 7 English journal papers, 4 first author, 3 second Author.
IF 2 > 7 (1st auther), the other IF 2-4.
Citaiton >40 (~half from self citation)while first time submission, now > 60
(also half from self citation). For the 2 IF > 7 paper, one citation is 26,
the other is 19.

发帖数: 5159 | 48 写完了（上）以后，（下）一直拖着没有写，主要是为了等后面几张黑白照片，洗出来
以后马马虎虎，写了一半的草稿，结果博客从Windows Live Space移植到Word Press以
后，草稿就丢了。加上中间回国，一直拖到今天。
话说在玉丽特山吃过了大餐，第二天早上赶往火车站，准备从苏黎世出发，坐火车到亚
瑟·钩刀（Auther-Goldau），然后转登山火车上乐基山（Mount Rigi），再搭缆车到威
吉斯（Weggis），从威吉斯乘船去卢塞恩，最后坐火车返回苏黎世。当然这一圈也可以
反向运动，按下不表。
在去亚瑟·钩刀的火车上，遇到一家去南部山区郊游的本地人，感觉是做基础体力工作
的人，攀谈几句，发现他们的英语也是溜得很，不得不慨叹瑞士的英语教育。从亚瑟下
了火车，问了车站工作人员才找到上乐基山的火车，从此开始了彻底的观光客生涯。
登山火车只有两节，差不多一小时一班， 坐的很满，以至于后来的人需要站着，火车爬
山的角度也陡，需要中间有齿的铁轨才能防止下滑。整个线路并不长，中间会有人下车
步行上山。火车停了三四站，就到了乐基山顶（Rigi Kulm）；刚一下车，我就发现我做
