只转了一千多次），还要归功于那些媒体人、文化人、学人、律师以及几个新浪主管人
员的推波助澜（大部分是韩寒支持者），在此给这些传谣者立个碑。
我曾与反伪科学老前辈于光远见过几次面，有一次我妻子也跟着去拜见这位社科院老领
导，这是我妻子和于光远的唯一一次见面，于是“方学家”们造谣说她是于光远的保姆
、靠他从一个初中生上了社科院研究生。一大帮媒体人也跟着转这一谣言，甚至添油加
醋地说二人有什么不正当关系，近百岁老人清誉也受影响。

#1 Agent 和 inspector 挺熟的 - your inspection might not be effective.
#2 I think you or seller can get a quote on the repairs.
#3 It may not be a good idea to discuss small repair items.
#4 I think you have rights to order another inspection if you'd like.
#5 谁去讨论维修价钱？律师会出request, but it's based on your decision. 99%
of time, both agent and atty will not care about your interests.
