UPS包裹没收到，pick up location在黑人区
我应该咋办。。。是不是就放弃了等它退回卖家算了。。。
租的town house，一般房东都会帮忙收包裹。所以第一次attempt没收到，我也没当回
事。
第二次attempt还没收到，才想起来房东最近忙，白天不在家。于是我就在条上签了名
字，让UPS drop off在门口，昨晚睡前贴在门上。结果今天早上出门，发现条不见了，
不知道被谁扔掉了。急着上班也没空找，也没有时间再写个条。
估计今天的final attempt还是收不到了。。。
我查了下pick up的地方，在黑人区腹地。。。如果要去的话，得上班时间请两个小时
的假出来去拿个包裹。。。而且我不太敢去，是不是我想太多？
ebay上买的东西，倒也不急用，是不是就等它退回去算了。。。要不要联系卖家说明一

Attempt rate of IB of skyline is 31%, and pass rate is 31%, almost 100%
attempted pass rate, which tells a story. Yet, 31% is the school ranked on.
Some academically less advanced could have higher "ready" rate, and higher
ranking. For example attempt rate of AP at ~70%, pass rate of 30% is really
a much worse school. |

大家都在讨论防卫的问题，而且德州枪友众多，我这里就乱扯两句俺们德州的情况，抛
砖引玉。
大家都以为德州枪械泛滥，枪法宽松，其实这是个误区，德州的枪支管理法规还是比较
严格的，至少这个城堡法就是在佛罗里达之后才通过的，并且效仿了佛罗里达的立法。
2007年3月12号，德州参议院30票全票通过SB37号自卫法，3月19号在州众议院宣读，3
月20号133票对33票通过众议院。以下13人反对
