my take will be never attack on the uphills, take it easy, use arm movements
to work it up, even with the pace dropping. take usual steps, my exp. is
bigger steps cause more energy, shorter steps will only make the breaths
more rapid with uphills. As whx mentioned and read it somewhere, dont worry
about ppl passing you uphills, you will get them sooner or later.
with downhills, i tried attack at downhills by speeding up to around a 5k
pace at every downhill in my Manhattan HM, totals around 10 |

基本症状每次都有的就是：1）感觉自己浑身很难受觉得可能要死了的感觉，最初不名
情况的时候让家人给我到糖水喝，没什么用；2）非常非常渴，要喝很多水，可是还是
很渴；3）手脚冰凉，严重的时候胳膊开始发麻，最严重的是后脖颈也开始发麻；4）呼
吸很急促；5）有两次出冷汗，有三次没出汗；6）持续5－10分钟，慢慢缓过来，然后
特别无力。再过几分钟浑身恢复正常。有两次特别想去大号，别的几次没有。
下面是几次发作的情形：
第一次：2005年底，怀着老大的时候（大概是怀孕6个月左右），早饭吃了以后坐在书

100左右 failed connection using root, test,ftp.
我安装了shorewall, TCPwraper, portsentry, sshblock

Are you talking about CIH?
If so, from the syndrome you described, We know that your
computer has not been infected by CIH, or, CIH has not taken
action to attack. CIH does nothing else except to BIOS and C
drive.
If CIH attacks, normally your display card cannot work. The
monitor would display "no signal" or just stay black. No
info of the display card would popup on screen. The computer
does nothing when power on, neither detects drive A nor
drive C. |
