发帖数: 1517 | 1 我想买一个电视卡，google了半天，我的理解是这样：NTSC的卡能接收空中的模拟信号
（不知道能不能收cable里的模拟信号），ATSC的卡接收空中的数字信号，QAM接收
cable中的数字信号。
我打算买一个ATSC/QAM的卡（Kworld），看了一下review，别人说由于现在cable公司
把许多数字电视都加密了，所以卡的QAM功能形同虚设，收不着什么能看得频道。
Newegg上对这个卡的ATSC功能评价差别很大，有的说挺好，有的说信号很弱，也许有地
点差异。
现在我的问题是，如果我买了这个卡，用不上它的QAM功能，ATSC接收的信号又弱，那
我有可能用这个卡从cable接收模拟信号吗？还是说必须要买一个带NTSC功能的才行？
其实我的要求不高，我就看看三大network就行了，平时听听新闻什么的。另外貌似房
东只定了Time Warner的high speed internet,因为我只看到一个类似宽带猫的东西。
像我这这种情况，选择什么样的电视卡比较合适啊？谢谢。 |

据中国媒体报道，13家中国电视机生产商拟组成联盟，处理与生产数码电视有关的技术
标准以及知识产权问题。
报道指，业界有这个举措，是希望在国际电视机市场上有更大的"发言权"。
《中国日报》引述中国电子视像行业协会（CVIA）执行副主席林元芳说，这13家结盟企
业正注册一家合资机构，预计最快在本年底投入运作。
报道指，参与结盟的企业包括TCL、创维、长虹、海信与海尔等，几乎包括了中国所有主
要的电视机生产商。
美国决定于明年3月停播模拟电视信号，意味着中国出口往美国的电视机，必须符合美国
先进电视制式委员会（ATSC）制定的数码电视技术规格。这牵涉了购买有关专利规格的
使用许可。
据估计，要取得所有必须的ATSC专利许可，中国厂商需要为每台电视机缴付30美元的费
用。
林元芳表示，目前有9家外国专利持有人要求中国厂商缴交专利权税，而中国厂家普遍存
在议价能力不足的问题。
他说，透过结盟，中国厂商有望以庞大的生产能力作后盾，争取公平的专利费用价格。
中国信息产业部统计数字显示，中国在过去三个季度生产了6343万台彩色电视机，其中

Panasonic TC-P50VT25 3D plasma (highest rated TV on CNet) is $1,799 - $600
rebate = $1,199. I saw this in San Francisco today, and there's one left -
the display model so I'll pass. They did a search for me and there are 4 in
North Fresno. You have to pay sales tax and the CA waste fee, but Costco's
2 year warranty helps soften the blow.
