Out of these two, AT600 is more closer to AT500. AT500 has 3U/4U version, I
believe. But AT600 is only 4U version.
I think AT50 is low end version, not comparable to AT500. |

怎样根据自己的酸疼部位寻找发力技术问题
本人打球近3年，每周3－4次，每次场上时间约1.5小时，拉吊突击型，拉后场、杀球与
滑板吊球还行，网前搓球勾球有点粗糙。身体条件上腰、腿、臂力基础均不错，属于力
量型，读书时晨跑一般在8000米以上，练过一段时间哑铃。以前用YY AT500 4U4G，拉
28磅，打完球第二天手腕、肘部、腰部酸疼，第三天恢复。前段时间换YY AT900P
3U5G，拉29磅，手腕与肘部酸疼有所改善，腰部还是老样子。
上周日与一省队退役女队员打球，纠正了我不少问题。哎，在业余打球的人当中，
大家一般认为我的姿势是比较规范的，没想到给她说得我连拍子都快不会拿了：（惭愧
……
关于酸疼部位也咨询了这位专业队员了一下，把她告诉我的整理一下与球友一起分享：
1、手腕酸疼
手腕酸疼在业余球友中一般主要有两个原因造成。
一是正手球翻腕不正确，业余球手容易在挥臂时就将手腕向前，造成击球时的翻腕动作
更象压腕动作。规范的翻腕动作是在挥臂时手掌外沿向前（象挥锤子的前段动作一样）
，在即将击球时手腕外展旋腕翻腕。这一点我在今晚打球时格外注 |

如果喜欢真牌，可以考虑yonex AT500 ($140-150) |

disappeared from the online stores. Anyone knows what happened?
I noticed that they have Amortec 50 and Armortec 600. Any one similar to the
AT500? |

and it feels very similar. Maybe worth a try. |

lot of problem getting used to AT900T when I previously used AT500. Both
are similarly head heavy, but I could not get much power out of AT900T.
Still having problems now.
Also, I need to have a thick handle. If the grip is too thin, the racket
turns too much when i hit any overhead. |
