前不久，纽约曼哈顿中国城有26人因涉嫌为中国移民非法办理政治避难被警方
抓捕，其中21人就职于律师事务所，4人在纽约皇后区政治庇护办公室担任翻译，一时
引起很大反响。
其实此类案件并非个案，也远未终结。近年来，入境美国后非法滞留的中国大
陆人员人数不断上升，这些非法移民背景复杂，不仅有教育程度不高的农民、工人，也
有受过高等教育的中小企业主、科研人员、教师、医生等。他们大多数人英语程度较低
，所掌握的技能无法适应美国社会需要，只得游离于主流社会之外，靠赚华人的钱维持
生计，生活艰难。为了获取在美国居留的合法身份，不少移民纷纷打起“政治庇护”的
主意。
作为一名从事移民事务的美国志愿者，也接触过不少中国非法移民案件，其中
申请政治庇护的案件中大多数是虚假的。特别是近年来，一些中国非法移民在美国当地
法轮功学员和移民服务中心指使下，伪造自己在中国大陆修炼法轮功被迫害的材料，向
移民部门申请政治庇护，此类案例在申请政治庇护案件中比例很大。在我所了解的案件
中，真正出于纯政治原因申请政治庇护的非法移民的比例仅占1%-2%。我曾工作过的两

帮一个朋友问的，如果您不能帮忙解答又想发表爱国言论的话，请绕道~谢谢
朋友是政庇绿卡，因为家里有急事，所以急忙赶回家了。现在（家里的事未解决）考虑
买回程机票，但希望能尽量多留在国内一段时间。
请问朋友们，这种情况下能最多在国内呆多久呢？他的律师跟他说最久的案例是两个月
，请问有没有人听说过呆的时间更长的呢？
（听说政庇绿卡如果在国内呆太久，回来会被吊销，不知道有没有这种说法。。。）

给一些需要的朋友：政庇绿卡回国的话，没有想象中审查的那么严，只要你不从LAX出
来，基本不会有大问题。即使遇到了问题，只要你有足够的理由和证据，还是可以在法

你train男的女的?要是Cardio,女的可以试试Zumba之类.男的可做Shaun T.的Hip Hop
Ab, 要不就先跑步。从来不锻炼，上insanity可能够呛。我这练了一年多的都觉得要挂

PlyoX就是了。就算PlyoX也比Insanity容易多了。
