2 IRA帐户 （MONEY， INVESTMENT版有更多细节）
开IRA帐户和一般炒股帐户区别不大， 只是必须指定为IRA。 IRA有很多种， 常见的是IRA（不带任何定语）和ROTH IRA， 钱必须在59岁后取。

根据提供的线索，Target Deals LLC就是fan xiang，Target Deals LLC这个amazon账户
是fan xiang从12月到现在在用的amazon账号，账户归fan xiang 的partner所有。所以
目前退货行为有可能是fan xiang也可能是他的partner。
fan xiang的BBSID是fanovo
所以我的5单退货全部来自于一个和fan xiang （BBSID: fannovo）相关的退货团伙。
