个。Annnadale， North Springfield， Fairfax， Alexandria不都近吗。既然在
Dulles上班，当然首选Ashburn，Sterling， Herndon， Reston。 Ashburn 的学区较
新，但是今年来学校进步很快。Ashburn Farm 附近的学校都不错。 |

我在Reston上班（dc以西有个20个mile吧）。如果以工作地点划个10mile的圆圈（不能
再大了太堵车），西到ashburn东到fallschurch。西边的房子倒是新一点（90-2000年
间），可是离DC就太远了，而且国人太少。离我们朋友也就远（10-30mile吧，有个别
同志住马里兰）。而且如果不幸如果下一个工作在dc里，每天+30mile的traffic真能把
人逼疯。
东边的房子50-60万的买不起，40来万的都是30-50年代的Ranch。可能受国内两层小楼
才顺眼的观念的影响，我对Ranch的外形很不感冒。再说在我想象中，30-50年代的房子
肯定保养巨贵，今天坏个空调明天换个屋顶的。不过fallschurch，annandale那边的生
活是比较便利的，中国超市，Karaoke都不少，去dc两脚油就到。好处也不少。
有NOVA的同志在老ranch里住过的吗？感觉怎么样？问题有什么？或者有同志在Ashburn
和离beltway比较近的地方都住过的分享一下经验？ |

西边便宜一点的有Sterling, Herndon, Ashburn 这些地方，学期有好有坏，SFH的50W
左右还有不错的。建议关注一下Oak Hill.
这些地方去D.C.开车很痛苦，有从西边的巴士进城。Ashburn 和 Reston 有站。 |

那里有升有降（好奇还有升的）。20148 ashburn那里降了也有5％。
我觉得比较奇怪的是chantilly沿50路那个叫ridings at blue spring的区，全部降了
10％左右，可那里都是sfh，小学也不错，为啥会贬值的这么厉害啊？？？ |

个Lifetime Fitness看起来是最豪华的，一对夫妇报的价是$129/month。看herndon
community center一对夫妇month-to-month也要$100，annual pass$900。 |
