其实非常的简单快速（从动手到开始吃不到半小时）。

为方便就在这里贴一下我的实际操作还有美式单位换算，我写的比较细，其实操作起来
没有看起来那么麻烦。。
材料：黑巧克力 140克，黄油 110克，鸡蛋2个，蛋黄 1个，细砂糖 50克，低筋面粉
30克，Rum酒1 Tablespoon，糖粉适量（装饰用）；
做法：
0.开烤箱预热425度，巧克力掰开，黄油切小块
1.鸡蛋和蛋黄放入容器，加入细砂糖，搅打至砂糖溶化蛋液变浓稠；
2.在另外一个玻璃碗中将黑巧克力隔热水融化.；（这步要很小心，因为巧克力温度一
高就容易焦了，边用水蒸气融开边搅拌）
3.将小块的黄油加入融开的巧克力中，搅拌至黄油溶化；
4.蛋液慢慢加入巧克力黄油液中，拌匀
5.Rum酒加入4中拌匀
6.面粉过筛加入5中，用橡皮刮刀拌匀即成蛋糕糊；（到这步我已经忍不住尝了一下这
个蛋糕糊）
