Schoep老
了，得了关节炎，常常会痛得睡不着。John发现水的浮力能让Schoep放松和入睡，于
是天天把Schoep带到Lake Superior去，抱着她，象哄孩子一样摇着她让她入睡。这一
幕被摄影师照了下来，周三在网上登出来后马上go viral.
Unger说Schoep救了他的命-----他曾经因为失恋陷入严重的抑郁状态，是Schoep使他摆
脱了自杀的念头。他们的故事感动无数人，现在很多人捐款要帮助John负担Schoep的
laser treatment for arthritis.

比较有效，竞争比较激励。TNF NR机理不清楚。2-3年内，Jak inhibitor的进场，anti
－TNF biosimilar入市，竞争会更激励。
其次是IBD，市场比较大，现有药物remission rate都不高，但是IBD本身比较复杂，很
多是host－microbiom的balance。抑制免疫有时候效果相反。
Lupus现有的药物都不好，但是clinical trial比较难做（variation大）。belimumab
前年approve，但是效果很差，sale也很差。
non－oncology的免疫药物研发以后会越来越难。 |

但是因人而异，没有保票可打。西医基本上到了后期统统的搞joint replacement，
也就是把关节接触面磨平，包上钢板，将患者变成变形金刚...
另外，西医有很好的缓释剂，也就是疼起来的时候可以减轻痛苦的，有需要可以咨询一
下。
还没检查就说包“根治”的，甚至信誓旦旦不讲医理就说可以“根治”的，统统是骗子
