Alex Denner臭名昭著的生物药庄家，曾经是卡尔伊坎的打手，在2013年10月9日到10月
22日10日内通过注册在美国国内和海外的2家Sarissa Capital吃进了11517148股（～1.
2M）投入$44M,平均价位为$3.81，大致相当于该公司30%的资金量。就是版上说的allin
了。ARIA在3月吸收DENNER进入董事会。 根据光头ADAM F.的说话，Alex 进入ARIA的董
事会，对Harvey berger肯定不利了。
ALex在Sanif收购健赞Genezyme的过程中起了关键的作用，这个20B的交易，同时也激怒
了BIIB的CEO，当时也有打算和健赞合并。
Alex另外还持有5M股IDIX均价在$4元左右和40万股MRK，近日以$24价格出手。将近6倍

发帖数: 7387 | 2 花了20分钟，成功将Nikon E3对焦屏改装成Contax Aria用对焦屏FU-6。
Aria/167/S2/S2b所用的屏宽度与Nikon E3/K3相同，但高度要略窄。
所以用3M 150A砂纸打磨E3上下边缘，各磨掉半mm即可。打磨时注意用3M胶带包住整个
对焦屏以增强保护。
改装完成后，viewfinder亮度大增，原来Aria亮度跟FM10差不多，现在觉得跟FM3A一样
看来对焦屏确实是影响亮度的最大因素。过几天定个K3屏，自己改装Aria用高亮裂像屏 |

添翼，他家的药在治疗白血病上比市场上现有的药要好很多，前段时间腰斩主要是因为
这个药导致了各种血栓，但是从周五的时候FDA的批准看来，这个药很快就会要发挥大
作用了。股价也应该能回到至少10吧！
RMTI : 一个朋友告诉我他家的CAL应该99%能批下来，所以这个价位真的不算高。具体
的我也不懂，跟着买点吧。 |

发行是一个姿态，向未来收购对象提高报价要求， ARIA目前的销售已经能能保证公司
具有相对稳定但是不十分充足的正现金流， 未来销售额很显然会一直增加到饱和状态
，一般一个药物分子能卖20年以上，生物分子的销售年限比小分子短，但是开发成本更
高，所以只能高价销售。我觉得班上所有看淡ARIA前景的对医药行业的理解非常有限。
难道DENNER比你们任何一个人傻？何况他能获得的信息比我们散户更早更精确。 |

gap down at the middle of Oct). Next pump will be the FDA's decision that
is coming. Given the medicine's unique property to certain patients who do
not have options of other treatments, FDA may very possibly make a favor for
ARIA (Ref. Longlaoshi's post at his/her club). Good to load if the price
goes down a little. Another one that is worth to watch is CHTP. FDA will
discuss its drug in the middle of Jan. |

AstraZenca，5大药厂，这2家在生物药方面严重落后，否则没得玩了。如果在35亿之间
，我相信这2家都乐意出手，这阵风过处，几家大药厂不会放过这个机会的， 对他们来
说，开发一个生物药要投入10亿美金加7年时间，现在有现成的，并节约这么多时间，
30亿的deal是说得过去的。
目前Aria 1.25B， 3倍就是35亿左右。 所以无论谣言也罢，真事也罢，趁乱买点，然
后藏起来，Aria是早晚被takeover的，这个我看就这么定了。 |

ARIA以来，一直保持克制，从来没有发公开信之类的activist行为艺术。CEO也一直说
Alex很好相处，很有建设性。Alex的成本大约3元，去年又有所增加持股。最大的矛盾
是去年9月想增持，被董事会否决。相信Alex是想彬彬有礼的把钱赚了的。但是Harvey
不识相，那只能图穷匕见了，注意Alex最近在6元左右的时候自己也小幅增持过，可能
通过其他proxy的增持暂时不知道。现在既然戏已经开锣了。坐稳了等着喝汤吧，50%
就是12元，alex4倍收益，通过2年时间，也算说的过去。但是根据他自己的2013年基金
总量和分配给ARIA的比例，估计他的野心不止这点。 |
