会问母公司和子公司之间是怎么CONNECT的，VPN还是T1还是其他的，网络速度如何，开
发用什么软件，微软的还是ORACLE JAVA，有多少PROGRAMMER，经费多少，多久做完，
你问这么些问题，我就知道你以前做过，不知道问问题，就说明以前没做过。你要说
SOA或CLOUD，一般就问问你怎么做的，我也学点东西。 |

，几乎没空间升值，但是直属老板是我哥们，他升的话，我可以跟着升，不过我做的东
西很偏IT,日常工作都是reporting, etl, data mapping, data schema， data
cleaning, 外带自己部门的业务adhoc分析，都是偏分析的IT工作。 因为对公司差不多
30个核心数据库的架构很熟悉，（out of 150个数据库） IT挖我去做Hadoop DW, 给我
两个选择，一个是Manager of Data Analytics, 一个是Gaming Data Architect。工资
比现在高了很多，但是很多concern. 希望做类似工作的同人给点意见。
我留下的话
接着做现在的工作，哥们罩着自己，没有任何办公室政治，每天可以见到公司的高层，
在高层面前混的都是眼熟，不好的地方就是因为在最顶级做工了，几乎没有上升空间，
只能外派才能升值，本部门当个经理顶天了。可以外劳到新加坡和澳门，甚至珠海。升

Again, it's totally about your own level. If you are intermediate to senior
level and not applying for architect or lead engineering job, the certificate
does not mean much.
Anyone who prepares it for about two months and can get help from others can
pass the exam. They even do not change their project (for the second part). |

But if you are thinking to enhance your j2ee skill, especially trying to

to me it is real hard to see a real one), it is worthy of your time and
money.
The exam really covers a broad range of j2ee (jsp/servlet, ejb, jpa, jsf,

道的情况fellow都是等同manage ladder的senior VP或者至少是VP的。
走tech ladder不走management ladder 的career path的中国人多的是。你真以为这东
西没用那就错了。
另外architect和技术职称不矛盾.
完全可以是distinguished aritech

各个模块都是现成买的，小公司、大公司都一样，需要的就是根据具体需求把各种IP搭
成具体芯片的能力。这个趋势很明显，ARM+DSP+Accelerator都能买到。。。
但是大家的产品还是很不一样，里面的differentiator就是SoC Architect的能力
