最近『星岛日报』新闻上，有位三藩市华人房东因租霸长期欠租，而被迫银主盘。在银
行清盘的过程中，发现这些导致他破产的租客仍然住在他的楼房里，激愤难当！他与这
些租客发生骂战，并升级到肢体冲突。事后，租霸恶人先告状，报警把房东送进了牢房
。可怜的房东，因为不懂租务法律，白白失去了心爱的房子，一生的积蓄也化为虚有，
还失去了做人的尊严。
这样的故事天天发生，华人业主的租务纠纷，让许多人倾家荡产。甜美的美国梦，有可
能一下子就掉进官非的深渊。这样的故事罄竹难书，令人心酸。三藩市的租务法律为何
到了这种不公平的地步？这要从其租务条例的简史说起。
（一）背景
三藩市是弹丸之地，面积7英里x7英里（121平方公里），人口约80万。人口密度与香港
大致一样（约6200人/平方公里），面积只是香港的十分之一，却没有多少民用的高楼

就说人族吧，几个单位被去掉了，都换上了更牛逼或相似的代替品
雷车-火车；巨人-雷神；隐飞/瓦格雷-维京/女妖；科技球-渡鸦；
再说神族吧，去掉的单位里金甲的替代品是巨像和不朽，两种超级好用的东西，基本可
以胜任大部分的战斗。母舰基本覆盖了arbiter的功能，不朽覆盖了龙骑，哨兵/闪电基
本上拥有原来的闪电/黑暗执政官的技能。
最后说虫族吧，潜伏被去掉了，代替品是自爆？这俩东西的功能其实完全不一样。巢穴
领主覆盖了守护者的作用。腐蚀者的威力不如吞噬者。自杀机没有任何替代品。污染者
的技能和鞋蝎子比吗？完全不是一个级别的。
最后就说我第一句话说的问题，
哪有overlord不能反隐的道理？
根据sc2情节，机械师和雷纳的对话：
"这些年我们的科技一直在改进，已经淘汰了旧型坦克、隐飞、雷车这些破烂”
“神族的科技进步也太快了，甚至可以在水晶塔周围直接传送部队”
我所设想的凯瑞根的台词：“经过4年的发展，我们虫群进一步进化。终于王虫把自己
的反隐形能力给进化没了，飞龙和刺蛇把自己的变身能力给进化没了，刺蛇还学会了在

主的，另外的写操作多的放在单独的db,这样只lock少，但是 就不好aggregation,
cross reference 了。
我们一大堆ec2 instance呢。
一堆mongos 下面是3个shards, 每个shard是一个replica set, 里面三个work node，
1 master, 2 slave，还有一个voting专用的arbiter。
另外还有3个replicated sharding config servers. |

arbitration shall be the sole remedy for resolving disputes for YOU and US
