"are" is redundant here. but you can say "all the simple tools THAT are ever
devised." Note that "that" makes a difference.
Noun can be used as adjective. "glossy" means "smooth and shining; reflecting
luster from a smooth surface; highly polished; lustrous". hehe, copyied from
web dictionary :)
It is a passive clause, I dont think adding "on" would make it any bett |

发帖数: 1842 | 27 0707：打球，晚上打球不太爽。我的同伴大多都没吃晚饭，自己也是很快就饿得不行了。 主要是练习,只打了一场比赛， 汗都没出。
0708：游泳，半小时。自由泳全速，蛙泳放松。中间做做pt建议的aquatic pilates.
0709：逛近10小时，中间吃了点panda express，立马坏肚子。夏天还是少吃中式快餐。
0710：重复0708的项目，只是时间多一些，在游泳前加了点hot yoga.
0711：又是吃各种finger food，不过完了还是打了大概一个小时的球。
0712：游泳，前一天打球有点累，可能只游了20分钟不到。不过，自由泳全速对我来说运动量已是很大的了。
0713：游泳半小时，项目同0708。 蛙泳的划水终于减少了一次。离目标数还差三次。
体重保持得最好的一周，基本每天运动前称都不高于103不低于102。 |

拉伸运动更好一些。抗击重力运动对心脏很有好处。就算不会游泳每天在超过胸线的水
里泡15分钟对心脏的好处不亚于快走15分钟。
我现在加的aquatic pilates，基本上是我们这里那些胖得实在可以算obesity 的黑大
妈做的，对她们来讲首先要解决的就是如何使腿部的力量能够支撑自己的体重。 而我
打球跳跃太多，对膝盖和踝关节的冲撞已经够多了，所以要在提高腿部力量的同时缓解
对关节的损伤。 |
