attraction。But if you come from inland, you can get a taste of a aquarium.
Golden Gate Park里的California Academy of Sciences有不错的aquarium.
远一点在Monterey有一个dedicated aquarium，名声还不错。

芝加哥不是我那一直向往的城市， 但这次只是在脑海中闪过， 很快就定了机票。 网
友们说这个季节的芝加哥光秃秃的， 确实让我犹豫了一下。 让我欣慰的是后来顺利的在priceline上拍到了密西根大
道上的希尔顿酒店（70刀）。
芝加哥的地铁还是非常方便， 让我很容易地从机场到市中心酒店。之前在旅游版考古时没有看到谁提过地铁票的事， 想
了一下还是买了个3day pass, 但后来其实没有坐很多次地铁。 希尔顿酒店靠近地铁红线的Harrison站。 Check-in时
被告知lakeview房间要多加25刀，只好放弃了， 但要了个顶楼的房间, 从窗外能一览芝加哥的skyline, 尤其是那著名的
美国第一高楼。铁路从密西根大街平行穿过城市 中心， 似乎记录着这个城市不平凡的历史。

1.coca cola里面如果只是走一遍的话，其实花不了太长时间，如果每个小电影都看，
可能要2个小时。aquarium里面挺大的，3岁那个小孩是要自己走还是stroller啊？
aquarium里每个馆都走一遍，看看鱼可能要3个小时。如果走马观花，aquarium可能1个
半小时也可以。
次，不知道这个aquarium还值得 逛吗？
2.laser show你查查calendar，有的时候没有。我没白天去过。
3.zoo半天时间我觉得okay，里面不是很大。但是现在新出生的两只小熊猫还没展出，
过几个月就会展出的。
4.不知道啊。

What can I bring into the Aquarium?
There is no outside food, beverage or gum permitted inside the Aquarium.
Also, guns, knives, lighters and matches are not permitted inside. Pets are

；如果你感兴趣的是游乐场、购物天堂，可以就此打住。
怎么定义“周边”呢？我想粗粗地定义为出城时间不超过两小时吧！这应当是一个可以

么san Diego aquarium/Seattle aquarium，在DC这地方就得叫national aquarium。一
般的航空航天馆也就是F15/F18，DC那个national air and space museum直接把刚入役
的F35隐形战斗轰炸机摆进去。尼玛就连个data center，也叫national data center。
放档案的地方，叫national archive。DC植物园，National Arbotetum， DC动物园，
national zoological。绝了。其它地方没得比，天差地远。 |

7.恐龙湾
现在有几个疑问: sea life park, honolulu zoo, waikiki aquarium这三个地方有意
思么? 我这三个都没去过,只能在网站上看看. 不知道跟orlando的sea world,
Washington DC的National Zoo, Baltimore 或者 NJ的aquarium比怎么样?要是都不如
我就都pass了.还不如下海什么的.

Landry's是本屯餐饮大鳄，旗下有著名
Aquarium, Rain Forest Cafe, Joe's Crabshack,
Saltgrass, Landry's Seafood等等
特别是造了Kemah Boardwalk和Downtown Aquarium两大
餐饮娱乐休闲城。
我估计landry's的理念就是，吃的东西凑活就行，
但是装修设计一定要特色一定要好玩，所以去他家
不能抱着吃美食的心态。以前看过电视采访Landry,
他说很多理念设计都是他十岁的儿子提出的，他
儿子当时是美国最年轻的上市公司董事（因为牵涉
到遗产税的问题，小孩当董事要被Audit的）
先说Aquarium,价钱较高，一道菜三十的样子，味道
相当一般，但是人家卖的是鱼在你身边头上游来游去的
概念，小孩子还是很高兴，大人买单如果不是公款估计
都会皱眉。
要便宜的话，Joe's Crabshack很便宜，但基本都是油炸
海鲜，俺喜欢Kemah的那个，选一个宜人的春秋天，
坐在室外海边，一边看着片片白帆驶过，还是非常惬意休闲的

5-6块买一个Salad bar就可以了.
或者买prime rib,好像超过12oz还是16oz是一块钱一oz,
这个可是真便宜，买个28-32oz分两份就行，不过有
人不爱prime rib,因为烤法不一样，面上都是血淋淋的。

a 10 gallon, just put on a solid small coffee table.
I wouldn't put aquarium on the floor since it is not good looking and hard
to clean/feed. |
