，hr跟老板告状了，不能再这样了。lg在南san jose上班，所以想找一个中间的地方，
mountain view，sunnyvale或者cupertino都行，最好是townhouse，apt也行。要求房
子里面有洗衣机和烘干机，其他的没太多要求，一般就行。交通方面，最好靠近85或者
280，101实在太塞了。这里的姐妹最热心，如果你觉得你住的apt还不错，交通也便利

这几天考察了daly city（88 hillside）和colma（la terraza），得到的结论是两个
地方的气候如网上所说，雾蒙蒙，非常差。daly city看上去有点shady，觉得
neighborhood不太安全，但是朋友告诉我daly city有很多菲律宾裔，治安还可以，比
sunset好。colma去的apt周围感觉要好一些，但回家查了一下，发现colma的犯罪率挺
高的，关键是colma bart旁边一直到south sf都是一大片墓地！
两个apt内部都不错，2br价格都在3200左右。剩下south sf没看，比colma多一站bart,
同样靠近墓地，就是不知道气候和neighborhood怎么样？

临时周转的朋友。地点在WESTCHASE，westheimer road 10000 附件，走路10分钟的距
离有TARGET,RANDALL超市，麦当劳，日本BUFFET，中国BUFFET等，到CHINATOWN开车10
几分钟。也靠近公交，去GALLARIA,DOWNTOWN直达。只收400刀房租，就是希望好心的朋

发帖数: 48 | 37 在网上找房太难了，不了解当地情况，想先找几个口碑不错的，到时候过去再趁等家具
的时候实地考察最终决定。
考古发现270以西比较安全，好像除了gaithersburg外，germantown,rockville,north
potomac这几个地方也不算远(rockville比较贵？)，是不是选择能更多些？就算贵点，
如果更好，住远一点也情愿。
两人无孩，预算1000-1500吧，能2br最好了，安全，带洗衣机烘干机，其次才是如果离
购物公共交通近也挺好，还有是不是都不包水电气，据说冬天电费就是150（大多是apt
用的材料不好，隔热隔冷性能差）。
不知道哪些apt.性价比高些，搜了一圈发现有tx推荐这几个，大家觉得如何：Brighton
(不过apt.rating看到这里有过持枪抢劫的，不知道现在怎么样)， Woodmount park,
rollings park(这个在rockville,会不会比gaithersburg的贵，而且更远些)

走一点。
请问，早上上班时间从外面开车进DC如此downtown的地方是不是很不现实？费油费时？
公司有自己免费parking，但是不是还是坐地铁最省钱也省时间？
看了下地图，比较prefer 红线silver spring那一带或再往北，或者绿线hyattsville
那一带或再往东的apt。
请推荐干净，相对宽敞，离metro近，价格合理的（1 bd 1000左右）apt。
如童鞋们有其他好的location或apt建议，请多指教~

主动去沟通下，看能不能解决
如果确定篱笆是快被他搞垮，要你邻居修。他们有了教训会好些。而且teeneger也会长
大的。
为这个邻居搬家好像划不来吧，找新房搬家也很麻烦的，不如想点心思和现在的邻居协
调到comfort zone。换地方也不一定邻居就好，如果运气好有个好邻居，万一以后好邻
居搬家有来个坏邻居还是没发控制的。
不过你要是本来就要搬家是另说。
我新邻apt更我房东投诉我音响声音大，我住了快３年了，以前的邻apt从没觉得声音大
，而且我只听挺点没歌词轻音乐。我一般嫌邻apt有时声音大，就出去，他们一般到睡
觉的时候也安静了，所以我虽然小郁闷，但从来没投诉过。所以他们投诉我我觉得很委
屈。
后来房东找我谈说，这是文化的不同，你觉得不舒服了就一定要告诉他，不然别人不知
道你的忍耐度，就会无意＂得寸进尺＂，不一定要fight，但是一定要沟通好，找到有
效的沟通方式让自己在一个comfort zone。不要因为不好意思，日积月累让自己被动，
不舒服。本来我还挺烦新邻居的，现在我们关系不错，也有时候会觉得对方声音大，就
用手机发个短信。

although it is in the category of CAPM. But in my opinion, for a rigorous
APT you need the arbitrage free assumption, don't you? But in FF we do not
have it. So in some sense, the FF is in the middle between APT and CAPM.
BTW, when I took the investment class, the prof. taught us the FF is a extension of CAPM, although he could be wrong.

leasing office说过，有人来大概只是涂上些防水的漆，之后没有下过太大的雨所以凑
合；可是朋友觉得大风大雨很可能还会漏水，所以决定去别人家避风。
周三回家一看，傻了，天花板原先漏水的地方加上附近一整块（大概有4~5平米）全砸
下来了，露出一个大黑洞。地毯、家具、床，全湿，都是渣子，超脏。马上跟leasing
office的人报告，对方说派人来整。周三晚再去看，有几个人去把碎渣给清了，把地毯
掀起来弄了一下地毯底下的积水，后来不知道还怎么个整法。当时还跟来整的人确认，
当晚屋子肯定呆不下去。所以朋友她先搬到别人家去。
周五再去看，去到发现他们连房子的门都没锁。进去看，他们只是用塑料纸把天花板碎
的一块临时遮起来，地毯稍微吸干了一下，还是黄的。房子味道很重。而且天花板上面
