gap between Apr and Oct for the H1B. I have used OPT before and don't think
I can get another one now. I heard something about concurrent H1B, does

比如apri这样的长期服用，是否可以按自己原来的周期调整用药呢，跪谢了。
以前在国内，因为某些原因医生建议长期吃妈富隆，开始服用，但我周期是35天，
自己后来便自行改成服用28天停7天。而不是21天停7天。
如此一直还好，只是每月要一盒多，要更加注意不要混乱了。
可现有了男朋友并且一起，暂时也没有想要孩子，
所以非常担心我的服用方法会不会影响药效，容易导致怀孕呢？
求懂得原理的医药达人帮忙解答一下，或者有没有人好心帮我转一下相关版面，

我的h1b Ｆｅｂ．１１ ２０１４ 过期， 于 Dec. 23 2013 submitted extension
petition, 很慢， 目前是 RFE 状态。
我3月拿到新工作offer, 新employer 帮我做了 premium h1b transfer, Apri. 5
USCIS 收到我的 RFE documents （也出现了 RFE）, 理论上15天内可以完成。
请问： 如果 transfer 成功， 我可以在extension 未完成的情况下在新公司工作吗。
google 之后发现有各种答案， 不知所措。

我整理了一下最近几个月的EB1a/b的case，把PP的除掉，然后算了一下中位数（样品差别大的情况
下我记得是 median 比 average 更准）
不是要给他的firm卖广告，只是想知道最近不PP通过的要多少天. 以下数字均为天数
4到6月通过的case median都是80天左右
7月通过的一下就上升到113天，但是7月的case数目比较少，只有4个，统计上误差不知道会不会很

(1)首先是2月15日USCIS局长今天下午到国会作证,有人埋怨他催促下属迅速审批移民申
请.
(2)2月16日左右,NVC fee notice开始发出.到目前为止有PD2011-Jan收到的.
下面blog分析看出,USCIS以现在的批件速度,估计又要浪费FY2012的名额.director的
ASS做不住了,让手下提速,然后被搞,国会听证(1).
另一个措施就是本财年内依仗CP的GC审批来弥补,这也是下面blog作者持有的观点.因为
DOS海外的批件速度比AOS快多了.这可能就是为什么NVC的fee notice发到了2011年初(
令人震精...).
如果是这样的话,2010下半年的PD就有福了(交485). 而且VB:Apri-June会继续稳步前进
,希望能包括所有2010PDers.USCIS也不敢冒然加快批件(1),只能继续放水让CP来弥补浪
费名额.
这样的话,summer的VB倒退可能性也不大.
下月的VB拭目以待....

收的485不会多，但是到May－15才放开到1/1/2011，这些在5月份新收到的case也最多
有5个月的审理时间(如果需要在本年度发卡的话？）但是这就有点危险要浪费名额了，
如果大部分case的审理时间为6个月的话。是不是应该在Apri－15就要放开到绿卡额度
而不是6月1号？ 谢谢! |
