发帖数: 500 | 2 It is wrong. My understanding is that as long as PERM I-140 Apprroved. you
can go back keep your PD in your future.
And you can go back china and come back later to re-Apply PERM, and then re_
apply I-140. you need to re-apply both PERM and I140 but your PD can be
kept as your old one. |
