到10点，8点多我们上班吵醒她也没有怨言，不过等我们走了，她11点还会再补一觉。
体重的话应该不是主要问题，我家小宝现在4个半月，刚生下来的时候体重76%， 后来
两月，三月，四月一直都是96-99%。我们很appriciate我家小宝，允许我们睡个好觉：
）
不过我是看时间差不多该睡觉的的时候喂她甭出来的奶,喂她饱饱的,然后再胸喂,她吃一会就睡了.不知道以后养成坏习惯,断奶以后怎么办. |

本来运动是有一个pure joy在里面的，无论进度如何，终极目标就是have fun。爹妈的
心胸放不开没有办法去拥抱这项运动的美好，孩子也很难appriciate 其中的美。
我娃从几个月开始我带着她游泳，5岁游lap，仰爬蛙都不标准，但是都能扑通到泳池对
面去，蝶泳能蝶半个池子。我很高兴，她也很高兴。对于游泳这项运动她除了觉得夏天
队里训练太累了之外，没有什么负面评价，一周五天训练，周末还让我带她去游，可见
是真心热爱。
我希望这项运动能成为她终身爱好。前期肯定要下功夫啊，不到擅长的水平是不太可能
enjoy的 |

一是你可以亲身体会到有的动作没有看起来那么容易,会比较APPRICIATE孩子的进步.
二是有的娃学的慢的,有些动作,大人虽然做不好,不过学过有理论,还是可以指导孩子的
.我家娃MOHAWK一开始总做不好,练了很久以后,还是双脚切换时间超长的.我自己练的时
候一开始也那样,后来是有老师PUSH我快点换才好些.那次我就告诉娃一脚下去另一脚马
上就要起来才行,然后让他扶我的手滑一下找感觉.做出一次以后就很自然的会了. |

其实你家有保姆啊，家务对你家来说应该不是个大事了。谁也没有做家务的爱好。
所以当经济允许，可以把这部分外包出去的时候，让保姆做才是最合适的解决方法。
你LG挣的够多，可以请保姆了，这不很好吗。你也该放手才对。什么9点下班回来吃
了东西，吃完他没洗碗，保姆洗，这有问题吗？你为什么要心疼拿钱干活的保姆，而
不心疼加班到9点才回家的LG?
我觉得在适当时候有些事就得放手，得让别人做。像搬家什么的，就让你LG管就行了，
又不差钱，扔点家具有怎样。事必躬亲是不可能的。只会搞得自己很忙很忙可又看不
见什么成果，别人也未必知道appriciate. |

我说俺可不是English native speaker，他们说我和他们可以吹牛，应该没有问题。
有个俄国来的volunteer，还很惆怅的说她的English还不行。
其实俺知道俺英语是有口音的，不过还好有script照着念。
刚开始还是有点紧张的，谁知道会遇上啥人，于是就像个机器人一样照着找script念。
后来觉得好像还可以呀，就慢慢的把script有机的串联了一把，顺带胡吹，
业务能力小有提高，好几个通话的人都很appriciate，开心！。
看来俺以前没事给银行打电话吹牛玩还是有些效果的。 |
