Deductible（当然取决于捐款占你收入的比例）。
你应该收到学校或PTO之类的组织的e-mail了，应该有人组织并提供一些建议的。

只说周三邀请家长跟孩子一起吃早餐，也没说要带吃的，周四好像没什么特殊的活动，

我们这里捐款有专门的program/campaign，不在teachers appreciation week, 以每个
学生$５００做参考，
teachers appreciation主要是针对teachers 的＂人文关怀＂(我认为)，不主要是钱。。
PTO/HSC搞捐款主要用于很多音乐PE等公立学校不必须开的课。 |

包括我的ex在内认识一些容易depress的人，我的总体感觉是他们都容易只盯住人生中不
顺利的事，用很消极的态度来面对。这样就忽视了很多美好的事情。或对好的事情，take
it for granted, 不 appreciate.
记得当初看The Hours的时候就总想，那两个年代比较早的女人为什么这么看不开？
她们都有这么好的家庭，爱她们的丈夫，富足的生活。有这么多值得appreciate的事情，
为什么她们整天都觉得很痛苦？难道就是因为她们有同性恋倾向吗？生活有很多方面，没
有任何一件事(除非是得和绝症没命了)值得让任何人抛弃她/他的生命，以及已经拥有的
其他一切。
我EX的全家几乎都有depression, 看病吃药都不太有用。我和他在一起4年多，有很多感
受
在此总结一下我认为容易depression的人有的问题：
1，不是很清楚自己想要什么样的生活。很少用心得去想去安排生活。
很迷惘得生活，到了一定时候就会觉得很失落，觉得自己生活缺少什么，但因为从来没用
心想过，所以也不明白自己到底缺了什么，就很郁闷。或等想明 |

肝，肺，淋巴有转移。经过16次化疗后病兆基本消除。上周五因为严重眩晕入院，增强
核磁共振检查后确认脑部多发转移。小脑内有2公分的肿瘤。因头部到颈部有巨烈刺痛
，医生临床判断为脑膜有癌细胞转移。现在已经做了4次全脑放疗。口服3天替膜唑胺口
服化疗药。现在疼痛症状减缓，但人的意识减弱。嗜睡增加，睁眼困难。现在需要针对
乳腺转移的脑癌化疗药物，针对分子靶向的。请问版上有知道什么药物是可能有效的？

这周二、周四是早餐，下周二、周四是snacks...
早餐和snacks是家长们带东西到一个meeting room里面，我这周二带了一个8-10人份的
果盘...
然后我们儿子那个classroom的家长们自己又组织每天一拨送snacks去给自己孩子的老
师...我选了周二送了一个pizza过去... 然后还有donation... 凑齐了买礼物给老师..
. 我没donate(实在不知道放多少合适)...
下周打算再送一次snacks吧...
话说情人节的时候还有给班里两个老师一人一张25刀的gift card... |
